"The property is very clean and nicely decorated, and is situated in a quiet, safe residential street. Off-street parking was very easy, but the house is about a mile from the sea. My room was tiny but the bed was very comfortable. The owner is very dog friendly and my dog loved her treats and her spacious garden. I had hoped to go to Bruges by bus, as I'd had a long drive from the north of England but I was informed it would take 3 hours (to travel 9 miles??). The owner insisted on putting the...

The location is great, with a few free parking spots available on a first-come, first-served basis and plenty of free street parking nearby. The only minor downside was the lack of complimentary coffee or tea in the room, which we’ve usually had in other hotels across Europe and Asia. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service."
