"Had a great stay at the Solent hotel. Spa and Swimming facilities are really great and modern. Staff and general services are all good and friendly. The rooms are a little outdated and you can hear your neighbours through the walls. The big problem for me was the terrible beds! unfortunately, ours was awfully soft with a big dip in the middle...I expect better from a 4 star hotel.
Overall good stay - would probably return to use the Spa facilities but not stay the night again. "

We choose to have an evening meal at the ferryman pub, just a short walk away but the cooked breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here again."

"Lovely views and a comfortable stay. Room was very big and the shower was excellent. The fridge wasn’t working but was replaced straight away. Breakfast was great with a good choice of hot and cold food in the restaurant that had beautiful views of the harbour. Great location for exploring The Island. Staff very helpful.Swimming
