"I can honestly say one of the best Pousada we have stayed at ,the owner Joyce and staff made our stay ,fabulous location was good ,they have there own speedboat ang jetty for tours ,food very good and varied . Felt like staying in five star hotel highly recommended "

"The staff is very attentive, simple and always willing to serve. Reception should be though more warm and welcoming. It seems they work under some pressure. They should be trained to make the Balneário more welcoming. This is not a reprimand, but only a suggestion for management to improve the place. "

"Beautiful place, good location, but the room was too small as it was the bathroom, breakfast was really poor without regional food (bread, eggs, cheese, 2 sorts of fruits, market made cake, ham) no jam, no ‘doce de leite’, no canastra cheese, no skimmed milk. And nobody helped. "
