Zenith Dijon is 2.6 mi (4.1 km) from central Dijon, why not stop by during your stay. If you want to experience more of the culture Dijon has to offer, head to La Toison d'Or Shopping Center, Dijon Congrexpo, and Gaston Gerard Stadium.
"We traveled with 2 kids, so we booked the room with a pull out couch (into two twins beds) and kitchen. You have to climb some steep steps to get there, but it’s a great space in a great location. The breakfast was nice, and the staff was helpful. If you have a rental car, there’s limited free street parking around the hotel or a paid lot a few blocks away. We’d stay there again!"
"A quirky design of hotel, but it all works. Perhaps a little too dark in the corridors, and the common parts. Excellent breakfast. Dinner a little too robust. All staff very helpful and charming. I will stay again if in the area."
"A wonderful hotel that was perfect for our stay in the area. Being just outside core Beaune, it was a nice way to relax without the crowds. However, there’s still much nearby and the city center is an easy walk or short drive away."
"Close to train station
Streetcar stop in front of hotel
No onsite parking
Not 4 star as advertised
More like a 3 star
Small rooms
Bathroom ok but small"
"I booked a room for one night based on the information provided during the reservation process, which indicated that free parking was included. Upon arrival, my vehicle was already parked when the receptionist informed me that I was not allowed to park there. Unfortunately, the situation was handled in a very unprofessional manner.
Rather than helping to clarify the misunderstanding, the receptionist refused to allow me to proceed to my room until I moved my vehicle. Since my reservation through Expedia.com was non-refundable, I had no practical alternative. The situation escalated unnecessarily, and I ultimately had to contact the police in the middle of the night to resolve what should have been a simple communication issue.
In addition to the parking problem, the room itself did not meet my expectations. It appeared poorly maintained, had an unpleasant odor, and did not feel adequately clean. While I understand that this is a 3-star hotel and adjust my expectations accordingly, basic cleanliness, courteous customer service, and reasonable problem-solving should still be standard.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to both the customer service and the condition of the room. I hope management reviews its guest service procedures and communication regarding parking policies to prevent similar situations for future guests."
