"Hotel was in a great location. Close to all attractions and events. Close to tourist areas and shopping. Lots of restaurants near by. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that it was such an inconvenience for cars to enter and exit the hotel. Staffs were somewhat friendly but lack English. It was hard to communicate with one another even with translators. "

"Small but cozy. The location is relatively quiet but also very convenient for tourists wishing to start exploring right from Shanghai's city centre. The room i stayed in has no window to the outside, but there's a "window" that opens to what appears to be an emergency escape corridor. The staff are helpful & generous, but don't seem to be good at English , so if your Chinese is also not good, get your translation app ready! "Do not go by map on expedia. The address is correct tge map is wrong. It took me an hour walking around people's park to ignore the map. Also on information, please indicate which metro is closest. That would have help me walking from people's park station. During check in, they seemed to be backlogged. I checked in, guy hands me water bottle and says no rooms yet. 5 minutes later he hands me s key and walks off. On my own, I figured out where the elevators, breakfast and check out...

"The unit was clean, host was friendly. Location was unbeatable , about 8 minuets walk to the busiest shopping street and metro. Beds were very comfortable. I would stay again."
