I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel during my trip to China. The facilities were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made it a great place to relax after long days of travel and work. What truly made the difference, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. I would especially like to thank Lily, Quaint G., and Ivy, who were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. They went out of their way to help with anything I needed and always did so with a warm and welcoming attitude. Their support made my experience much smoother and far more enjoyable. Customer service like this is not easy to find, and their dedication reflects very positively on the hotel. Thanks again to Lily, Quaint G., and Ivy for making my stay memorable. I had a fantastic stay at the Conrad. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I want to specifically thank Kelly in the Executive Lounge, her customer service was spectacular and she was very professional and hard working. Liangjuan in the spa was also great and gave a great massage.

It was our first family trip to Shanghai and mainland China. From the moment we arrived at Conrad, the staff warmly welcomed us. The Premier Room was spacious and comfortable for our family of three. Breakfast was excellent, and the location was extremely convenient, with major attractions within walking distance. I have stayed twice in this hotel already, 1st time was a business trip, and the second time with my family. Room is spacious perfect for us traveling with kids. The location is excellent so fair warning, prepare your wallet since there are a lot of shops and restaurants around the area. I also recommend availing of the breakfast. It's really good with a variety of food options.
