"Everything was perfect! We went to a concert and arrived late. They held the room for us. The front desk agent was fantastic in recommending local places to have lunch and things to do in the area. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay 1 night. Breakfast was perfect. Good food and hot coffee! We will most certainly stay again when we are back in Charlotte."

"Room very clean. Bathroom very nice. Pricepoint was much better than comparable rooms in area. Will definitely stay there again. Only negative was the auxiliary doors around building did not work to get in with keycode. You could exit them but Had to go to the front entrance to get in. "
