"When traveling here contact the hotel for water taxi information. They may be able to make the reservation for you which would be a great help. Approximately €70 from train station and €170 to airport. It really makes a difference since they have their own doc. "

"Terrible stay.Rooms are very old and not maintained.Room smells fried oil all the time and very strong odor.Mold in the ceiling ,the wood floor is broken and has lot of wide cracks.closet door is broken and missing a panel.Ac was not working and room was very hot .WORSE HOTEL TO STAY IN ."
"Loved having a kettle in room. Water was hot and bathtub long. Train into Venice was in backyard of hotel and only like $5 each way. We were able to borrow a correct adapter to charge our phones. Quite a nice selection at breakfast. Enjoyed taste of Italian pasta in the restaurant for dinner and reasonably priced - 2 dinners and a bottle of water for about $40 and a pretty large portion. Also liked having a free water bottle in room. Rooms were fairly large. Everything was so clean. Got in early and they even had a room ready for me."

Saw mouse droppings in an open suitcase when we returned to the room one night but overall the room was clean.
Staff was great. Breakfast was better than a lot of other places we had stayed.
Loved using an actual key instead of a keyboard.
