The hotel is getting a bit dated and bathrooms will need an update. Great location close to the airport, but would not have expected to pay for internet use ($9.80 per day) and parking ($12 per day). The condition of the rooms were excellent! I could not compare this with anything else since the rooms were really awesome! The staff was not very friendly but i could manage with that :(. "Convenient Stay"
My client had a flight out at 5:00 a.m. so I booked two rooms here. Very convenient shuttle service to the airport and the valet on duty directed my to a nearby garage where I parked overnight for free (and avoided the onsite fee of $12). "Nice Stay, Convenient Location"
Had a nice stay at the Sheraton O'hare. The receptionists were very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The decor was modern and had a cozy, contemporary feel. We stayed on the 6th floor and watched airplanes prepare for landing. Also watched a hug melee of teenagers […] gathered across the street at McDonalds. Was this a typical Saturday nite for kids in the area? Only cons were 1) we were stuck in the elevator nearest to the check-in lobby for appx. 2 minutes, door would not open, but the maintenance guy was johnny on the spot! and 2) housekeeping "overlooked" our bathroom. The towels were replaced but the sink, counter and tub had not been touched. Luckily another housekeeper was a few doors down and came back to clean it. Loved this hotel! A couple of friends and I stayed here before flying out of O'Hare to Costa Rica. Our flight was at 5:30a and we were able to take the 4am shuttle and had plenty of time. "Great, Great Stay!!"
I thought my stay was fantastic. Lovely hotel.Right down the street from Allstate Arena!! So close which is where I was going so I loved that. Beds were comfy!! It was a spacious suite with two flat screen TVs. The staff was great too. My only problem was when I asked about the parking - the lady didn't tell me to VALIDATE my ticket because I was staying […] 2 nights. So I had to pay leaving and I thought to myself like I have to pay every time to leave, but that wasn't the case and the guy on duty at night was great and helpful and only charged me one night. "call them for shuttle service"
I wish the description would have included that they did have shuttle service from the airport, we arrived past midnight and assume they didn't have it, so we ended up paying for taxi. I travel for business alot so dont spend time on reviews, but this was such a pleasant surprise it merited a heads-up for all you who consider this facility. Good: Front desk clerk very friendly at check in Room very spacious and clean Complimentary lounge was a nice touch (free snacks and drinks) Not so good: Tv in living room didn't get all the channels...could have been the snow storm and I don't know if staff could have intervened by clearing snow off the satellite dish or not TV in bed room didn't […] work at all. Maybe dead batteries in remote? I was given incorrect information about availability of shuttle driver for 4:15 am trip to airport. "Very decent hotel"
Newly renovated hotel is nice. Fantastic bed and bedding! There were some things missing in my room- stirrers for coffee, pen for writing. I did not like room service- it was prompt and food was ok, but the glasses were dirty. Breakfast was decent. Their shuttle to the airport is every 20 min, which is convenient. "Great place to stay while visiting Rosemont"
The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very comfortable .. beautiful interior and very large. Not what we expected ... We go to Rosemont every year to visit friends, and we will be sure to book this hotel again..Expedia 真实住客点评
