Very reasonably priced, location good with easy access to shopping. Great Diner (moonlite) 10 mins walk away Good restaurants are further away. If you need to have transport, hire a car, the taxi service the hotel uses is less than professional and very expensive.

Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. KSA took us to the cruise ship and back to the airport quickly. It was convenient that they were located in the hotel lobby. We really enjoyed the pool area which was crowded but not unruly. Lots of fun!

Creepy cat walks, very old doors to outside which made us very uncomfortable. People there were very nice, but this motel should not have more than 1.5 stars based on the condition of the building, only bathroom was moderately updated

Much better than expected. Room was very clean. Shuttle service was right on time from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in town.

Would stay again as the location is conveniently situated close to airport in a good neighborhood close to shopping but the hotel could do with some cosmetic refreshing. The staff were helpful and pleasant, the breakfast adequate.

Had a good stay the hotel is in a great location the shuttle was awesome on time no waiting and the pool area is awesome Taco Bell next store McDonald's and a huge K mart the only complaint is the room smelt muggy but other then that it is a good hotel

Rooms were clean and quite nice. In room amenities nice as well. The AC unit was noisy and the bed coverings had a lot of cigarette burns in them. Other than that it was a good experience.

The television is very dim that needs improvement also a microwave n the rooms so if u have food u can heat it up...other then that it was ok

Perfect location for overnite before cruise. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Convenient shuttle from airport and to cruise port. Personnel friendly. Breakfast decent.

Good customer service the receptionist was on top of everything even when it was super busy with smile. housekeeping was not good at all the lady I spoken to continue to have an attitude and did not want to do her job. nice breakfast area, complimentary shuttle bus was a plus.

We stayed in this hotel twice. The first night was problematic because something in the plumbing kept making weird sounds through the night. We got a different room for the second night of our stay and it was very quiet. Our first room had a refrigerator, the second room did not. Other than minor maintenance issues and the lack of a restaurant, this hotel is worth the money. The on-site grill on serves a few items and each one takes 30 minutes or more to prepare and the results are not worth waiting for. The neighbouring McDonalds and Taco Bell are faster and have better quality food.

The first night we stayed, there was noise in the plumbing pipes and the noise came from them not just when used but on and off the whole night. The next time we stayed there was no problem with that. The hotel pick up and drop off at the airport was very nice. We also left our car there while we were gone for a week for a very nominal fee. Overall, the condition of this hotel is very bad. The doors to the rooms look like they have not been painted in decades and the stairs leading to the second floor were very dirty and in bad repair. They got us to our ship, but it is very tight and crowded in the lobby as well as in the parking/ pick up area. It gets confusing and overwhelming for many guests.

I stayed here to save some money. More upscale places had the government rate, but this came in below with free wi-fi and breakfast. Continental breakfast was good. Very clean and enjoyable. Employees were friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet and was for four hours so no hassle getting to eat.

The hotel staff were very helpful with everything, they even got us into a room at 10am after we missed our connecting flight and were exhausted. Rooms were reasonable for the price.

This hotel is very old and in dire need of a significant upgrade. The pool area is acceptable, but the rooma are not, especially at the price charged. I would never stay here again. Other Comfort Inns I have stayed at have been decent. Even the elevators are scary.
