During my 5 night stay the elevator was broken for 3 of them. Luckily only a 2nd floor room and it was at least working on checkout The tub had been repaired, but there was a leak on the back wall that filled under the tub, and if you stepped on it, water shot out of the wall in the bathroom. The only thing that worked on schedule was the staff closing the breakfast nook at exactly 10am. The room furniture was dated, and the air conditioner worked best as a fan pulling in the evening air from outside, or the hot air during the day.

The only thing was that our room was not clean on Saturday and our bed linens the bed and the garbage can was not taken care of. The room was untidy when we got back from the event that we went for. So it was disappointing.

Situated across the street from the 320 bus stop (takes you to NYC's Port Authority Bus Terminal in less than 25 minutes) The Cons: Place is not well maintained, Old and run down.
