Room size was OK for Tyoko but the most annoying was the elevator. You have to go up to 14th floor reception to take another elevator to go down to your room floor not to mention how slow the elevator is.

In a lovely quiet part of Tokyo if you want to be away from the noise. A short walk to Tokyo station means it’s ideally located. Room was lovely and more spacious than we expected. Great amenities and really comfortable beds. On the downside, there is nowhere to hang towels after using them and the aircon was not great. Our room was sun facing during the day so the room was very stuffy and the aircon was either not working or not up to the job. Would be a problem in the summer heat. But overall we were happy with our stay.
