酒店比较陈旧，房间没有窗户，因此不透风，房间会比较潮湿，隔音效果不好。周边环境一般，吃的都比较贵。酒店服务人员不会说中文。

我们一家三口在网上订得这家酒店,因为价格,地理位置都很好,就毫不犹豫订了下了.入住时,加床已经弄好,虽然小,但该有的设施都一应惧全,牙具要自己准备,每个楼道都有一个热水炉,喝热水很方便.出门左手那家的肉骨茶味道很地道,一定要品尝.

因为check in时间很晚，所以第一天晚上没有按照预定时的房间标准给我们安排房间，不过好在第二天就给换房了。旅馆位置不错，就是到晚上有些吵，值得一提的是早餐很好。总的来说，还比较符合这个价位的旅馆。

It was good overall, as this is my 2nd stay at this hotel in less than a year. I preferred to stay the second time, given of the location and accessability specially to China Town. ..and nearby vicinities which has a lot to see and say. its an average hotel, 7-10 mins walk from pasar seri (forgot d spell) lrt..from kl airport u can ride a train to kl sentral (35mins.) then transfer to lrt..one station 5mins away ..lots of shops and food stall..near in some malls.. nice..i will visit this hotel again..thanks for warm welcome..

The Swiss Inn is in a great location if you are into markets. The trek to the rooms from the lobby was confusing and inconvenient until you got the hang of it. Room was clean and adequate. Reception staff were competent, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

This budget hotel is worth the money as it is conveniently located along Petailing Street (Chinatown). Hotel room include Hair Dryer, Shampoo and Shower Gel, free 2 bottles of mineral water, coffee, tea and Wifi. Cleanliness of hotel and room is considered good. Highly recommended as budget hotel.

We enjoyed a 4-day stay in KL at the Swiss Inn. The location was GREAT to easily explore the local sites by foot and/or Hop-on Bus. The included breakfast was a delightful surprise, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was rather small, but clean and adequate.

I chose this hotel based on reviews from this site. It did not disappoint. I stayed in Kuala Lumpur Jan 2013 for four days, and this hotel was perfect. Room was very clean and modern, and the staff was great. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location right on Petaling Street in Chinatown - literally walk out the door and you're in the market. The room was clean and comfortable and we weren't charged extra for wifi or breakfast. We booked and paid for a family room for 4 people and there was only one double and one single. The hotel wanted to charge us extra and we refused. The manager eventually gave us an extra bed for free. Internet access is now free but you have to get a new password daily. It logged out regularly but I think they are working on it. My rating is based on staying in a deluxe room with a window. This was my second stay in KL and after having read a number of mixed reviews I decided on the Swiss Inn. The location is right in Chinatown with the back access directly onto Petaling Street for the night market. I thought there might have been a lot of noise but was surprised not to hear […] anything maybe as I was on an upper level. There is a reasonable choice of food outlets nearby from hawker to restaurants. The hop on / hop off bus is right at the front door, not too far from the station and downtown shopping keeping cab costs down. I was told that the hotel had recently been refurbished which was evident by the room appearing freshly painted, modernised and the bathroom updated. Stayed 6 nights and enjoyed the experience. The rear entry to the hotel is right on Petaling St so there is always plenty going on. Trains are a 5 minute walk away and taxi's are plentifull so access is easy. Staff are friendly. Meals and drinks in the cafe are good although a bit expensive compared to local street stalls and other chinese eateries. […] Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection. Pay the extra and get a room with a window. Rooms aren't big but have enough space with fridge, kettle, TV and room safe. Bathrooms have an odd layout with the shower glass right in front of the toilet. It means sitting sidesaddle to use the toilet. It seems they use recycled water for flushing of the toilet which creates a bit of a smell in the bathroom. Showers are good. This definately is not a top class hotel but as long as you can put up with a few oddities you will enjoy your stay. For the price it represents good value and I'd definately stay again . 阅读更多信息

Location is perfect as long as prefer to stay in China Town market. Room was not easy to accessible due to bed lift services. Carpet smell. Door was very old. However, room was perfect and nice inside. Buffet B'fast was excellent.

Excellent location........Swiss Inn has two street frontages. What is officially the rear entrance has the Petaling Restaurant which is very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast and presentation of same is fit for a king!. Street market at rear entrance every night. No Free Wifi or Internet Swiss Inn is certainly not 2 minutes from the station as advertised..........even […] by car. Took us at least 7 minutes by taxi. We would certainly stay here again. Very happy to recommend this hotel for tourists travelling without young children. The caveat about young children is only because there is a section of stairs (about 10) which may affect those with prams. Else, no problem. Our room had no windows. This is a good hotel. It's clean and tidy the staff are friendly and seem to be happy to be there. Breakfast was included and not too bad at all (except the coffee, yuk!) Booked superior room. Tiny. It also had no window!! Felt like a basement. Every time a surrounding room flushed the toilet the plumbing was so loud it woke me up. Had to fight to get the complimentary Internet that had been promised when booking aswell. Would never stay there again.

Great location, close to the airport, Waterbom and Discovery Mall. Party district 20 minutes drive away. Breakfast is great, and the restaurant has live bands performing on some of the days we were there. Plenty Convenience stores, money changers and massage parlors in the immediate vicinity.

We stayed here in May for a couple of nights and found that they renovated a couple of levels. Our newly renovated deluxe room was all new incl. bathroom etc.. Everything very clean and nice. Considering the central location we believe the Hotel offers extremely good value for money. Highly recommended

Exactly as described on the internet. My room had no window, which was a pity. But for the rest, a good experience. Much better situated than more expensive hotels which are in the flashy but less interesting parts of town. At night, better to be in Chinatown where the action is. And if you want to go further, taxis are soooo cheap compared with Europe. […] Easy. Nice restaurant.
