I chose to stay at this hotel due to them allowing pets. My wife and I were in the middle of a big move and we were travelling with animals. The lobby looks great and the staff was very helpful. I was shocked to see the condition of the room I stayed.The carpet was so dirty,the chairs were dirty as well and the bed was stinking.I am sure that the beddings were not changed from the previous stay.I was disappointed.No trash bag in the trash can. The sleep number beds are a joke. There was a full size blow up matress in our queen size bed leaving a 6" gap On each side of the bed. We had to move to another room. Dead roach in bathroom. I came to Dallas for lights all night 2012 and stayed here for 3 nights. The staff here is so friendly. They aligned the shuttle to bring me to the rail station and helped with directions around Dallas. The room was clean and we even lucked out and got a pool with its own balcony and a pool view.

My girlfriend and I met there for the first time. It was a great stay! Six months later we returned as a getaway trip and I must say the service was a lot different. We are unsure if we will be returning for our 1 year anniversary.

Discovering a three hour delay flying into Dallas, I booked this room as I was not going to be able to drive home that night. Some reviewers say the hotel is outdated. I would say it is a mixed bag. Tube TVs, no flat screens, sleep number beds (very comfortable, probably older furniture such as desks and chairs. It was a very comfortable, slept well […] stay. Is summary, my family of four needed a place to sleep after a long drawn out day of flying home. It served it's purpose. My 6 year old says "it's the best hotel ever" becuase there were gummies on the bed when we arrived. If I were on business and spent more hours in the room, I would not have liked it. Hotel let's you leave your car if you're flying, which is a great service and money saver. Hotel isn't bad at all, looks a little shabby from the outside but is very clean. Sleep number beds in the rooms are great and free breakfast!

A satisfactory stay - the hotel is inexpensive, and met the standard. Staff service and personal attention was excellent however, belieing this aged facility.

The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. My only complain of my stay was how noisy it seemed to be outside our room (ie, pool area) late at night (between 11 pm - 2 am).

The customer service at this hotel is exceptional. As for the rooms. The bathrooms are very small and the furniture is a little outdated. The hotel restaurant is good but the menu is small. Overall the stay was great, the staff was very accommodating and friendly, I would recommend it to anyone in the area who is looking for comfort, hospitality and a clean place to stay. No 'frilly' stuff (not really a luxury accommodation but nice nonetheless)

Ist they gave me the wrong room, then the key did not work, then the right room on the unrenovated side of the hotel,( maybe because I had a pet)...Fitted sheet was dirty, carpet was old and looking unclean..Very disappointed..

The room was clean and had a nice appearance. The bed was. a little hard. I had to park underground and carry my luggage up two levels of stairs before reaching and elevator to carry me on up to the 7th floor.
