The hotel was clean and the staff very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately they were having problems with the A/C and it was hot in the room. There was a window open for some cool air, but we were unable to close it so it was pretty noisy all night due to outside noises. Great downtown location and plenty of parking. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of food and really good coffee.

The staff was always helpful and accommodating to my needs. The breakfast was good and met my expectations. There was self parking on the premises. Also the room itself was very clean, everything worked, I would definitely stay there again. Also there was a wine bar directly across the street and a nice food selection.

Showed up to check in and was told that all rooms were already occupied for the night. Management wasn't helpful at all and told me to "take it up with Hotels.com The hotel was also surrpounded by police, turning people away from a concert that had been canceled. Hotel is under renovations but it was clean. Our ac didn't work and the heat was on override. We woke at midnight to our room being 85 with the ac on blowing hot air. We were lucky we could open the window a few inches to let some cooler air in. There was supposed to be a concert in the hotel the night we stayed. It ended up being cancelled but it left a lot of concert goers in uproar and they made their displeasure with the hotel known to anyone around them. The hotel is in a nice area and walkable to a lot of restaurants, cafe and shops.
