"值得信赖的酒店，特别适合家长带小朋友入住"
来自 "上海" 的 Grace Li 于 2011年02月09日 发表点评此行由于飓风的原因在喜来登酒店实际共住了四晚。遭遇飓风yasi没办法去大堡礁潜水，甚至因为机场关闭，道路封闭，没办法做任何事，本来让人很沮丧甚至有点恐慌，但是由于喜来登酒店员工和领导及时更新信息，积极组织应对，还在飓风登陆的当晚送贴心的晚餐包到房间，又让我们觉得温暖而安心。至于房间设施，周边环境，泳池条件以及旁边的四英里海滩的美景就更是好的没话说。这里特别感谢开电瓶车的几位员工，他们对于儿子每次的乘车要求都给予温馨而周到的服务，在我们离开时一位女司机还及我们赶车几所急，帮忙电话协调，使我们迅速结账，及时赶上机场bus离开。我想下次再来道格拉斯我还会选择喜来登酒店。

"Not a great respite from the wind"
I will preface this by saying the weather wasn't great, and this may have influenced my review. The hotel is in a great spot, just across a boulevard from the beach, and the staff were attentive and happy. The pool was lovely, and sheltered from the howling onshore winds, so that was great, and breakfast was adequate. The room was tired, a broken window […] and missing fan switch seem minor, but it is an expensive place, and I was surprised by these things. It just shows it's age, not enough light, too many dark wood panels, and uncomfortable chairs that you don't want to sit in. "Beautiful place to stay."
Lovely small hotel, very personal and accommodating staff. Beautiful pool area and foliage lush and colourful. Everything was great. In house food was delicious and so reasonably priced. The rooms are relatively expensive but worth it. We had a lovely room overlooking the water with a great balcony. Easy access to washing machines, dryer, towels just […] make life easy. A beautifully positioned and tranquil environment, for the adult traveler, super staff with lots of advice and suggestions. Comfortable beds in a spacious room, great moments including wide range of DVDs and breakfast by the pool to start the day. Clean and pleasant interior.
