"Excellent landing spot for our family of four on our first trip to Tokyo. Just the right amount of cooking supplies for breakfast in the room. This is in a quiet area of Ueno and very walkable to transit and small grocery shops nearby. Ueno Park was a great chill way to start getting acclimated to Tokyo. "

"The best hotel I've ever visited! The Onzen + Sauna are amazing. Opening hours are also very late. You can do the laundry while enjoying the spa section. Free icecream to cool off in a really nice manga room. Free Ramen every night. Really nice staff and service. I'm already looking forward to be back in Akihabara and this hotel! "

"The room was cool. Looks small but we fitted 5 (2 adults, 2 teen boys and a 12 year old) fine. Great view of the sky tree, very close to Asakusa and easy access to metro stations. Also a few minutes walk to FamilyMart for daily fami-chiki servings. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. "

There also was a laundromat next to the hotel which was convenient to wash clothing during trip. Cons: The room was a little small. It was small space barely fit two carry ons "

"About a 15min walk from Ueno, the hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood, and walkable to a lot. Very close to Nezu station which made getting around easy. Happy hour, and the cafe were nice for getting something to eat or drink. Rooms were nice, clean and bright with a typical Tokyo hotel bathroom"
