The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the room was unclean with visible stains on the furniture, bedding and smudges on the mirror over the bed. This hotel was selected due to its proximity to the airport. However, it's worth going somewhere else further away to sleep in a room not visibly filthy.

The Staff at the front desk are very rude, the carpet from the hallway smells humid, room clean but definitely need to change carpet for vinyl, good air conditioner. Near to airport and punctuality shuttle but not big parking lot if you want to leave you car and do not reserve parking with other companies because they don’t want to accept it

The hotel is very weathered and worn. The room had hair all over the bathroom floors and carpet wasn’t very clean. While we were in the lobby 2 other separate guest left being very upset. We thought ok it’s bad but it’s just one night.

We needed this hotel room as we had a very early morning flight out of Philadelphia and it served its purpose. The room was very clean however it is in dire need of renovation. The carpet in the room was very gross. It was clean and vacuumed however I felt like I needed to wear shoes at all times because it just felt moist. For the price tag, it was a quiet room and the staff were very, very friendly and helpful. I think I would spend a little bit more money next time if I had an early flight, the shuttle driver was friendly and very helpful and on time— which was very important to us.
