The current owners said they took over the hotel three years ago and they have been making improvements to the property.The property was very clean, even though there was some things that needed to be taken care of it was very clean

After checking in we walked to our room and left to go to another hotel. Pictures are from 10 years ago. Under beds dirty, hallways stink, sticky floors, people living in back were interesting.

Three issues with this place. 1. they don't clean your room unless you ask them to, 2. the free breakfast consists of only coffee, dry cereal and bread, 3. The pool is locked until 3 PM (towels are only available at the desk. They only give one per person and they are very thin.) Additionally, the food at the attached restaurant isn't that good. Don't stay here.

Staff were nice. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean, but not excellent. Water pressure was good & hot, but bath fixtures were iffy. Hotel should use more bleach when washing towels! Fridge was cold. As other reviewers have said, the breakfast buffet was sub-par.

Fries in the floor from past guests. Breakfast are messy not enough for all guests. One of the rooms we reserved the door wouldnt latch. The guests beside us kept until 3am, and tried to get into our room 2-3 times. Our food from the restaurant was wrong and they didnt give us spoons, sauces, or any condiments. Not enough towels in the bathrooms.

Pool and hot tub was closed which is the only reason we booked this hotel also Booked 2 king studio suites they gave us 1 suite and 1 standard room told us they didn’t have another suite available told us they would refund part of our money back due to not getting the room we booked then told us they couldn’t give a refund

Broken elevator and poor service Bathroom has a water leak that flooded the floor. Towels were saturate trying to keep the area walked clean. The room was nicely updated but the bathroom was not

Room was nice, but the toilet was very low. The elevator didn't work, so that's a pain for people not on the first floor. Staff was very good, but the breakfast was pretty sparse and not really kept up. Coffee was cold most of the time. The view of the lake was very nice.

My kiddo and I came here for a little weekend vacation and we enjoyed our stay ! I think my son's favorite part was getting to play in the bathtub , it was big enough for him to lay flat ! We didn't use the pool , but that was my fault, I didn't realize there was a pool at this hotel so I didn't pack us any swim gear. But we still enjoyed our stay !

The bathroom and bedding were not up to cleanliness standards. The dead bolt did not work, the bathroom door did not fully close, and the walls were thin so we were overhearing a lot of conversations in the courtyard.

The hotel was clean and nothing was broken. No broken lights or bad power sockets. The staff was very helpful and fixed any issues. Back parking lot was obviously where people sat outside to drink and party and there were broken bottles out there the entire weekend so that was a little sketchy. The restaurant/bar was great but the 2 times i ordered food it took a lot longer than I felt like it should. 30 minutes for a si gle meal and then 50 minutes the second day for 3 meals. Friday night people were up and loud in the hallways until 3am slamming doors and playing music. Then I called the front desk and the attendant came down and fixed the problem by talking to the noisy guests. Second night was fine. 3rd night card down by 11pm Breakfast was as to be expected, waffles cereal muffins and coffee. The fitness room was well stocked and everything worked. The rooms were clean and nice. The hall ways got messy daily but the staff worked hard to clean them up in the evenings. The best part was the open air atrium with pool and hot tub and live trees inside. Very beautiful!

It was dirty, pool was dirty, breakfast was a joke. Milk and food all over the floor. Anytime we brought up issues to the staff they just stared at you. A lady was stuck in the elevator for 40 mins. Never got my deposit back. Had metal pieces broken off in outlets in reach of children. Used tampons in the tissue area from a prior guest after they cleaned.

Having breakfast was a reason I selected it and it was very underwhelming. Options were a muffin the first day and bread the next 2, cereal and only one milk option(an alternative choice would have been greatly appreciated) and diy waffles with sugarFULL syrup(a sugarfree version should be provided) the counter was a mess! Adding bacon, eggs, and some fresh fruit besides mandarins that were bruised and black spotted would really bring it up, maybe some yogurt cups as well. Like view was nice and the geese were great alarm clocks

The rooms were dirty, looks like they didn’t sweep the floors, also when my children got done at the pool I had to dry our room floor the towels turned black from the floors… bathroom ceilings leaking, toilet wouldn’t flush was told they couldn’t do anything unless I checked out, the security guard and the bar manager were really nice and they apologized and said it was an embarrassment for that to happen. The pictures on the website are nothing like the actual rooms

Pool was okay, hot tub was working. Breakfast was only cereal and lemonade which was unappealing. Staff was polite! Rooms were poor, stains on the sheets and bankets, wife got a shard of broken glass in her foot in our hotel room. The pictures online of the hotel and rooms are 10 years old, it DOES NOT look like the photos! If you are requiring a place to sleep and do not mind the "seedy hotel" vibe it will do
