"Would highly recommend this as a cheap option in London for solo travellers. The shared bathrooms were super nice and the sleeping pod was well appointed and clean."

Very dusty and the standard of cleaning is not up to scratch at all Very soulless place Zero amenities, no kettle, water, hairdryer, cupboards - simply sleep, shower and leave"

"Great weekend stay. The reception staff are absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally brand new, so everything works flawlessly and the decor feels fresh and not too generic. Location wise, lots of places to eat nearby, few minutes walk to the river and tube station. Only improvement could with the servicing of the rooms, they are done very late in the day and things like milk, water coffee etc were not topped up. Overall had a lovely stay and could happily recommend...

"A well located and budget friendly hotel for staying a few nights in London. The rooms are the true meaning of no frills but this is to be expected and is described as such . One warning though, the toilet/shower room is incredibly cramped and not easily usable for those of us of a larger build . There were a few issues that need to be looked at such as a flickering bathroom light, and fluctuating water temperature . But again, for the price in zone 1 , I cannot complain !"

"A basic but comfortable room. There was a TV, kettle and coffee maker in the room. We were on the fifth floor at the back the view was nice and not too close to other buildings of the same height. Perfectly located for visiting the local museums and parks and just strolling round taking in the culture. Staff were very helpful when there was an issue with the TV not working. I used the WhatsApp messaging service and they replied quickly."

"Amazing room with views of London (can't guarantee that all will have a view like mine, of course). Simple yet lovely café downstairs. Really nice vibe! And the best thing? Minutes' walk from Hyde Park. I can also recommend an awesome little café 2 mins down the road called "Foreign Exchange" — excellent coffee and cakes!"

"Location was wonderful, Hotel was very low key, nothing fancy, super near to transportation and Kensington Gardens. However, under construction so no air conditioning, windows could open some and area was quiet. Breakfast cafe was lovely in the morning."

"We booked elsewhere and had to had a nightmare. We saw this place at 9pm friday and they had a room ready for us to book last minute. They welcomed us with open arms staff were super friendly. Room was new and spotless they upgraded us because it was our anniversary. We had 3 days there and loved it. "

"The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. It is a pleasure to read or listen to the music and the common space by the reception which is nicely decorated. and feels like a living room. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming."
