Shower leaking,toilet running 27 /7. Dirty towels, Kitchen had no utensils and when asked were told to come back and hour later. NO continental breakfast. No staff to talk to when needed. Only one carrier for the whole hotel and had to wait to carry our lagage. 2 towels for 2 days stay for 2 guests. I bar soap for 2 guests. In general very poor service for the price paid. .

Slow check-in, 30 minutes just me no queue. Staff didn’t give me room. I had asked for. WiFi was poor. Ample parking. Property being renovated so hope it will be better in future. Good location good price good value for money. In breakfast coffee, muffins and snack bar. So it’s just so so decent place to sleep with kitchen (but no utensils provided)

Opened sofa bed. No sheets or blanket. Bare mattress with crumbs and stains. Disgusting. For some unknown reason there are no garbage cans in the room. Only a stack of black 30 gallon garbage bags. Again, disgusting. Staff was uninterested and could care less. Loud. Lots of babies crying. But hey, the price was right.

It was disappointing. The room i had was not even vacuumed. There was no shampoo, no hairdryer…i got shampoo from front desk. He said he could not find any hairdryer. There is basically nothing for breakfast- a few muffins and very diluted coffee., that is all.

They told us in advance that the room was missing a cabinet door handle but did not mention that the fan in the bathroom was broken, the bathroom door did not close, and the fire alarm at 5:00 a.m. was an added surprise! No apology was made due to faulty wiring.... The staff didn't appear to want to do anything more than was absolutely required and at one point we had to go room to room to try to find a trash can (room did not have one) and a remote for the television (also missing). Before we saw the room they did offer 20% off for the missing cabinet doors and a few things that they knew were wrong with the room but did not mention some of the other items that were missing or non-existent.

After booking a room over a month ago I arrived at the location and I was told there were no rooms available because they were overbooked and there was nothing they could do for me. I called hotels.com and they were not able to do anything for me as well. All they said was we'll help you cancel your reservation which left me without a hotel room for the night before running a marathon the next day

Room was clean, everything I needed was avialble but what stood out particularly was the staff that was on. He was at the front desk uoon checking in and he was very helpful and personable. He even let me pick my favorite number for my room :-)
