酒店比较现代，给了蜜月的可爱天鹅。每天有免费的两瓶水，游泳池很漂亮，晚上八点后开始消毒，酒 店带的SPA就是苏可的，比在网上定的便宜哟，正好赶上买一送一了

We (a family of 3) booked a Deluxe room w/ balcony for 5 nights in Apr '13. The hotel in general is good, clean, with good amenities and the best is its location close to the beach and most attractions of Patong. Check-in & out was fast & efficient. Staff are friendly & nice. Breakfast in Twigs was ok. Outdoor pool & garden were nice and clean. Free […] WiFi provided in room & in public areas, but it didn't work in our room for two days, so they've provided us with a router in the room. Lights were not enough in the room. The window is not double glaze, it was noisy from outside beach with loud music and vehicles until late hours. But this is due to the location is very lively with entertainment & parties so whoever will stay there must have came to enjoy the outing. It was the "Bikes Week Festival" going on when we were there. In conclusion we have enjoyed our stay and can recommend it. 阅读更多信息

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Patong beach and the hotel lobby is very presentable and inviting. Hotel is new so it is comfortable for a short stay. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable, breakfast was quite a spread and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in Andaman Embrace resort from 31st Jan till 4th Feb 13 and we enjoyed the hotel. We stayed in the deluxe room and it is pretty big and clean with nice decor. Exactly like what you see in the hotel pictures. Breakfast was decent and nice with egg station and hot and cold selection. They made an effort to put something new on the menu everyday. […] Location was fantastic. It is just a stone throw to Patong Beach and there are many restaurants and massage palours just around the hotel. What I feel can be improved is on the pool area. Swim up bar is there just for show. Nobody was manning the counter and there was no menu whatsoever. General upkeep of the hotel can be done better else it would age very quickly. The rooms were fine and clean but the rest of the hotel did not make you want to spend any time there at all. A spa is advertised but there is none, the pool was not inviting (it looked dirty) and there is so much concrete everywhere. The building refurbishment was very shoddy. The hotel is in a great location and is very well kept and presented. It was always clean. The staff were friendly, alert and responsive however another staff member (aside from the manager) with strong English skills would be an asset. The only disappointing aspect was that the pool bar was incomplete and the spa had not been established - hopefully […] future guest will have this benefit. The pictures of the room were way better then the actual rooms....the condition of the bed could be better and suppose they are extremely old hence the poor comfort of the bed. Hotel manager should consider upgrade to improve the quality of stay. Just my 2 cents worth.

This hotel was amazing one of the nicest in the whole Patong beach area very attentive staff good food especially the buffet breakfast beach is across the road really clean and spacious rooms I would go back in a heartbeat 5/5 hotel

We found Club Andaman to be a great hotel. Situated in the quieter end of Patong Beach, we found its location to be excellent. The grounds are magnificent. Having stayed here in 2009, this year was dissappointing.With staff havind been told they will be terminated prior to refurbish/redevelopement due March 2011,this has resulted in the staff being less than the obliging happy crew they were in 2009. Great hotel, on entry hallways and lifts a little old and shabby but our room was great. Very clean, tiled, tv and good bathroom. Great daily room service. Hotel grounds are the real deal clincher though, gym downstairs, two pools and tennis court. This is the second year we have stayed. We thought that the hotel was not up to the standard of last year 2009. Gardens and surrounds need maintenance and cleaning. If recommending I would advise other travellers of this. Cost of room is not cheap therefore much higher standard was expected.

房間很多設施都很新，健身房和兒童房都不錯,泳池也很好，但酒店內部裝修很參佌，公眾地方整潔度尚可，房間跟相很大差別，我跟家人租了兩間露台房，我的露台漏水非常嚴重，地板有點骯髒，自來水是黃色有怪味的，我家人第一天打爛了洗手間的玻璃杯，酒店並沒有幫我替補，但在離開時向我收費，我認為應先通知我並替補，很近海灘，鄰近有食店，但不近市中心，酒店有承包旅行團，所以早上跟晚上都很嘈吵和繁忙

Hotellet hette tidigare Andaman Beach Club och har renoverats och minskat. Mao nytt o fräscht men tappat lite personlighet. Rummen OK, kanske lite dyra. Olikt ett thaihotell har detta hotell lite personal, de som finns där försöker o gör ett bra jobb men ibland kan städningen ske när man kommit tillbaka från beachen dvs sent em.

I have been visited this hotel five times since 2002 and this was last time because they close 1.5.2011. Landlease period 32 years is over. Hotel now will be closed 6-12 months and start again with new owner and new staff and 5 star as they plan. I enjoy every visit in this hotel, great location near the beach. I stay bungalow every time and that was […] clean and nice. Only this last time of course staff was moody and quiet because they get fired so I understand them lack of enthusiasm. 本当に本当に最低のホテルであった。 ①ホテル側の不手際で、19：00までチェックインできなかった ②部屋はくさい（ロータスビレッジを予約） ③部屋の中に大きなカエルやヤモリがいて、不清潔。 ④4月30日は、従業員の宴会があり、18：00～23:00までサービスが完全ストップ。 ⑤さらに、その宴会の騒音で眠れなかった。 絶対に泊ってはいけない最低のホテルのように思います。

Voici un hôtel qui était fort bien dans le passé. J'ai dû changé 3 fois de chambre. La première avait une salle de bain sale et en très mauvais état, robinet branlant et ne correspondait pas à ma demande, la deuxième était mieux mais la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas malgré plusieurs réclamations. Enfin la dernière que l'on m'a fournie avait aussi […] la climatisation inefficace au point que j'ai dû m'acheter un ventilateur et de plus la connexion internet bien que payante ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. J'étais obligé d'aller sur la palier pour avoir une connexion admissible. Je n'ai jamais vu passer l'aspirateur dans les couloirs de l'hôtel et y ait vu plusieurs jours des cafards morts non ramassés. スタッフの応対は文句なし。 朝食も種類が多かったので4連泊しましたが、飽きませんでした。 客室はそれほど清潔ではないし、古い感じがしました。 スリッパなし、歯ブラシなし、パジャマなし・・・と事前の勉強不足でがっかりしたこともいくつかありました。 あと、フロントがちょっと頼りない感じがしました。デポジット用に渡したクレジットカードを目の前でコピーせずかなり離れた部屋に持っていかれてなかなか返してもらえなかったので不安になりました。 普通、宿泊客の目の前でコピーすると思うのですが。 あと、チェックアウトの精算時にお釣り間違えられました。 気をつけた方がいいかも（笑） このあたりさえ注意すれば、他は全く問題ありません。 立地条件もグッド。
