For my wife and I it is the 1st time in Sanibel and it was a good experience, the hotel is very good, the beach is just a couple of minutes walking, the pool is very clean, like the room is very clean and every day they clean it and change the towels and sheets, the included breakfast is very good, it is a very quiet place like the whole island.

We booked our stay at the last minute, so we arrived not knowing much about the Seaside Inn. We were thrilled with the property and the amenities. The bikes and pool were a big hit, and it has just a perfect beachside setting. Staff were great. We will definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and it appeared they were gradually updating it. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly (with a special shout-out to Galye, she was extremely helpful getting us a key to our room when we were going to be arriving at 1AM). We would and likely will stay there again.

This has been our third stay here and we will always come back to stay here when in Sanibel. Always friendly staff and clean rooms. My only complaint this trip was the loud ac in the room. Im a light sleeper and every time it turned on or off it made a really loud bang.

We enjoyed the quaint feeling of yesteryears, and the landscaping was well maintained. The rooms were just ok. Could add nite stands with drawers in order to put things away instead of having everything on the small dinning table. Same in the bathroom and kitchenette, no place to put things. The sliding glass doors needed the tracks cleaned and lubricated, would have made getting in &out much easier. Lastly, the grill area could be significantly improved. Staff was friendly, parking was good.

Not safe for toddlers

Main issue was that the door does not have a toddler proof lock. Like there is no chain or bar at top. So basically my toddler could open the door and run outside to the pool at will. So that was very stressful. They were hard to get ahold of at front desk but besides those things amenities were nice and we enjoyed the trip

We were amazed by the room recently renovated with gulf view. We got an upgrade due to our anniversary without no additional cost. Nice healthy breakfast included, quiet, private beach. Definitely we will come back. We used before other locations of the Inns but we think this is the best for couples. The front desk girl Lilia and her manager were very kind and friendly

Perfect Seaside Stay!!!!

We had a great stay at the Seaside Inn. The staff was wonderful to deal with. They texted us during our stay to see how everything was going. Amber was very attentive and exceeded our expectations of service. The resort is quiet with direct access to the beach. There was always chairs and umbrellas waiting. The grab and go breakfast was always full and enough options for our family. I recommend the Seaside Inn for a quiet, direct beach access stay. Thanks again.
