I imagine there's worst hotels but it's the worst I've personally stayed at. The value just didn't add up , $100 a night is way too much for this quality. Cannot recommend.

Our room was very comfortable. Could have used more towels and when asked for them they only provided the extra amount for one day of our stay, we were there 4 days. Took the cleaning staff 2 days to clean the coffee stains off the bathroom sink, we never used the coffee maker so I can only assume that was left over from the previous occupants. This place was a wonderful find as we made our annual journey to Renninger's Antiques Fair. Clean, good complimentary breakfast (I loved the waffles!), smiling helpful staff, comfortable beds, fresh paint, well appointed....we were very pleased. Only complaint was the entry way. perfectly fine motel, not fancy but clean and comfortable, with a complete breakfast and friendly staff. Just avoid getting a room on the first floor close to the back door, which slams hard every time anyone goes in or out. Not conducive to sleeping!

Stay was fine and fairly close to Mt Dora. Had to make our own sofa bed as housekeeping was shut down for the night. Room clean and comfortable.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Decent breakfast of eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, banana, coffee. Juice dispenser gave out watery OJ & Apple. Staff was very nice. Free WSJ every morning. The staff was very professional. The breakfast area is very small and was crowded when I came down for breakfast at 7 AM.

The hotel in Tavares, FL was recommended by a relative who was not familiar with it other than location. It is located across from Waterman Florida Hospital and is within a mile of the location my brother lived. IT was easy to find, convenient and comfortable.

The walls seem to be paper thin. You can hear everything in neighboring room.....even normal conversations.

We had a total of 4 adults and 4 children. We got two rooms across the hall from each other. The rooms were clean, as was the hotel. We enjoyed the hot breakfast, which included eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, pastries, fruit, cereal, juice and coffee. The staff were very pleasant. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This was a nice, comfortable hotel. Conveniently located across the street from Applebees, Publix, etc. Staff was super friendly and helpful . . . able to get our large group all rooms on the same floor. Loved the pillows.

we were surprised of how the room was in good, and clean shape. Got friendly service with grate directions however, there was a big gap under the main door with lights

This is a safe, quiet motel with clean rooms in a well kept building. Several chain restaurants are within one mile, as are gas stations. While certainly alright, there is nothing memorable about this motel. Consider using this only as a travel convenience. Note: the free breakfast is 96% starch.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The room was of adequate size for one person, but only one easy chair was available so may not be too comfortable for 2 people. Lighting was fairly dim.
