"Brand new hotel in the villages which was quite convenient visiting my sister and her family. Convenient location and pristine room. The shower was especially nice with good pressure and brand new fixtures."

"Elevator did not work, toilet wobbled when you sat on it, a/c was loud but very cold, property was old and needs some TLC but seemed clean and cozy. Had a Beef OBradys bar and grill in the parking lot which was nice."

"Spotless and had everything you might need. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast was typical. Id give 5 stars except the provided sheets for sofa bed did not have bottom fitted sheet so we had to go to front desk to get it; shower head or pressure was not ideal, and we didn’t care for pillows. But it was a fine place to stay for a night."

"Enjoyed breakfast every morning, the breakfast staff was wonderful and the food delicious. We were visiting relatives so did not have lunch or dinner at the resort. Amenities were great, a lot to do. Would have been a little more convenient to get the pool towels at the pool instead of asking for one at the lobby desk every day and then having to return it there. We stayed last year and loved our room with the old world furniture, this year the rooms were nice but modern so they lacked the charm from last year. The bathrooms still have the tub/shower combination, here we would have liked a modern walk in shower. It's a beautiful resort, would definitely stay again. The front desk people need to be more friendly and welcoming. They made us feel like we were bothering them when we checked in and out!"

"All good. We requested a late checkout and it was granted. But somehow the next shift did not get the message. They had half cleaned our room when we showed up. They did get us back the important belongings that we left in the room. Other than that everything was ok "
