Clean, quiet and convenient

The hotel is near the Haymarket Station, extremely easy to get there. The lobby is clean and the receptionists are very very friendly. The room is also very clean and the heater works very well. By the way, I didn't see wheelchair friendly facilities, if you have big and heavy luggage, you might need some weight training...

本人透過hotel.com book 了25/10. 28/10 . 29/10 三晚. 28/10 再去check in 時那位男職員說我只book 了一晚28/10. 就算我給29/10晚的確認号碼. 他亦話無此確認碼. 要我自已打电話向expdia 搞清楚. 他連睇一睇29/10 的人客名單都唔肯. 後來他又突然醒覺話有人booking . 人在異地. 費時嘈 但佢要我28/10 上午先 check out , 寄存行李.下午再check in. 他知唔知自己酒店冇电梯!! 結果就搬了三次行李上落樓梯

Actually we did not stay in this

Actually we did not stay in this hotel, and we were arranged to other Guest House nearby due to overbooking. We were not satisied with such arrangement since we booked 3 stars Hotel rather than Guest hotel, and we also found many customers were all arranged to other different hotels. However, I could accept the excuse of OVER booking and I was not satisfied with such accidental arrangement.

Slidt hotel

Hotellet lå i en kortere gangdistance fra centrum, hvilket var dejligt. Personalet var meget imødekommende og servicemindede. Selve værelset var ikke det allerbedste. Det var ikke komfortabelt at sove der. Sengen var meget hård og puderne var flade. Badeværelset var i ringe stand. WC-rulleholderen hang ret løst, toilettet lækkede og bruseren trængte til at blive skrubbet, for at få skimmel af mellem fliserne.

Lovely stay

The staff were fantastic and so friendly. We stayed in a standard room which was decent in size with a lovely en suite. My only complaint was cleanliness and there was an awful drain smell from the bathroom the whole of our stay. Everything else was fab!!!

Romantic getaway

A quick freindly check in and and check out made it easier for two shy people ! The room was small and cosy and suited our needs perfectly, Perfectly located to local transport hubs so made travel very easy. Condition was the only mark down as towards the ceiling of the room could do with some love but thats more to the height and age of the building more than anything ! Overall a great place to stay if your going and plan to various things and need a place to relax at night !

So disappointing!! Pictures are out of date .

We where absolutely gutted we choose this hotel . Sorry but i have to be honest ! . The room was so small . Definitely not big enough for two guests . The bed was dreadfully uncomfortable. Pillows we're so flat . sheets weren't clean . Its a very run-down little room . Badly presented and dirty . No inhouse maid either. Bed wasn't made up. Bins emptied or room/bathroom cleaned during our stay . All in all i trusted the hotels photos on the hotel site. We choose this also on the basis it was close to the hospital . If we didnt have to stay the 2 nights . Just looking for a bit of comfort / safe & clean. Definitely didnt find it here . Such a shame !! .
So Dirty in the shower cubicle was not nice to use at all :(. Glass had soap scum. Base was not clean and the drainage was slow on the shower sink and the toilet. Had to use cups of water for the flow away in the toilet .
Was just filthy in the bathroom. 🥺
Grout is in great need of replacement. Has a dirty feel in the shower unfortunately.
Room overall Was dreadful !!. We just needed to spend a couple of days in Edinburgh . And we didn't want to go back to this room at the end of the day :( made such a big mistake here !! .
