The location is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast was a great mix of American food and Japanese food, the room feels both cozy and high-end (with slippers, pjs, and a tea kettle). "Our stay, as a family of 6, was absolutely perfect. We arrived later to our reservation due to a flight cancellation. The staff was so understanding. When we arrived, they were waiting with a gift for our daughter for her birthday. There was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were spacious and very comfortable.
