酒店很陈旧，尤其是空调对着床吹。同时空调声音很大，像拖拉机。不过倒是升级了免费的WIFI，还不错。

特价房竟然是窗户对着过道，泳池晚上也不开放，早餐东西也不多，房间有点压抑，特价房的价格和我们攀瓦海滩五星酒店海景房的价格一样的，性价比不好，晚上音乐很吵。除了位置好没觉得什么好的。

我去过芭东很多次而且这家酒店仍然是我的最爱。照字面上说，这是唯一一家在海滩上的酒店。在海啸发生以前，海滩上有几家酒店，但是不幸的是，现在已经没有了。The Patong Bay Garden Hotel甚至没有被海啸损坏太多，而且我发现那很令人欣慰，由于靠近海水，我看见其他酒店发生了什么（假如你感到疑惑，他们已经下海了）。其它酒店的早餐更好，房间更漂亮，等等，但是如果你想走出卧室门就到了大海——那么这个地方适合你！

不好的方面：昂贵，低标准，有股难闻的气味，没有免费的WIFI，所有东西都要额外收费（如果你发现一个“朋友”逗留了30分钟或超过30分钟，酒店会额外收取1K）。我怀疑自从海啸过后，房间有没有翻新。好的方面：靠近所有地方，有空调。

PROS: Hotel has very convenient location from the beach, and nightlife area. I had a good service from staff. They are friendly and accommodating since i was asking so many questions about the place. Room was big and clean. CONS: I had a very bad view from balcony. I asked to transfer but they don't want to transfer me as they said it is fully booked. […] I was hoping they can transfer me and just give my room to the new group. Breakfast is bad. Amazing location right on the beach and close to bangla. Staff were excellentin accomodati g our needs. Free wifi which is a big thing for me. Would definitely stay again.

location of the hotel is superb. it is right on patong beach. All the action and good resturants are nearby. You can have a great time at the beach. 皆さん、絶対にスーペリアには泊まらない方がいい。廊下から部屋、カーテン開けられず、外はガンガンうるさく、一睡もできず限界になり２泊するのやめタウンのホテルに移りました。もう一生とまりません。

とにかく従業員のレベルの低さにびっくりした。部屋も特にエアコンの位置ときたら ひどいものでほとほとまいりました。立地が良いので客が絶えないので何も心配する 必要がないのだと思います。 expediaとしても再考すべきですよ！

2011年5月8日から28日までジュニアスイートに20夜滞在しました。 １．バスのお湯がぬるい。体温より少し高い程度のお湯しか出ない。 ２．部屋に備え付けのインスタントコーヒーやバスフォームが何日も補充されないのでチップをおかないでおいたら、メイドの仕返しと思われる出来事が幾度かあった。ドアにぶら下げるタグが持ち去られたり等…中でもいちばんひどかったのは、ある日外出から帰ってみると部屋のゴミは置きっぱなし、ティシューボックスはカラ、おまけにトイレの水が流れなくなっていた。（注：マネージャに言ったらすぐに対応はしてくれましたが…） 全額前払いでなかったら、間違いなく数日でホテルを変えていた。
