台前服务员的态度差及不礼貌，特别是灰色褛的男服务员，极不愿意协助客人，又当着客人面前责骂另一个服务员，问为什么要帮我们。可能因是外地游客便不愿意协助，所以不会向朋友推荐这家酒店。

位置: 酒店位处打浦桥站, 约需10分钟左右步程才到达酒店, 另前往市中心线需频繁转线, 不太方便 配套: 酒店大堂设有wifi, 唯大堂只放置2张座椅, 要经常站着上网 酒店: 房间偏小, 行中央暖气, 室内温度一度升至28度亦未能调较, 住宿3天每晚均会热醒, 只好开窗散热, 唯房间干净整洁, 整体尚算满意

酒店邻近地铁站,步行5至10分钟,而且附近有很多大型商场,但大部份商店和餐厅在晚上10点关门,所以食晚餐,要早点儿,否则很难找东西食.

1.碰到好几间房空调自动升至30度的问题，睡到一半热死了，总机还叫我们打开窗户睡觉。顿时脸上三条线。后来大堂经理处里得宜，但四星级不应出现此问题的。 3.网络需另外付费，房间热水够大够热还不错。 4.酒店招牌不明显不好找，餐厅招牌比酒店还清楚，可能告诉司机饭馆名字还容易找到些。 5.住房安静不吵，环境还不错，地铁站，吃东西都方便。 6.

上海徐汇瑞峰大酒店 交通尚算方便 , 但柜台服务生欠缺笑容 , 每天早上执房人员都大力关门 , 发出大量噪音 , 影响其他房间还`在睡觉的客人 Courtesy Desk provide helpful service to me. Room is clean and big. Overall, hotel is good with reasonable price.

酒店形象不好，服务台的镜子是破碎的！！酒店很多的小物品都是损坏的，健身房和泳池都是非常难看和肮脏的。服务不友好也不灵活。

很令我失望的酒店。酒店是完全是在欺骗顾客，价格也过高（因为博览会）。尽管房间每天都会打扫，但是表面上的灰尘都没有清扫，玻璃也没有擦。早餐很糟糕 - 我什么都吃不下 - 看起来就没有食欲。咖啡是很劣质的。地毯也很脏，让人难以置信。很多无聊的服务员闲站在周围，但是没有任何一位会想要清理地毯。经历了第一个早餐之后，我们以后都穿过街道到乐购吃早餐。酒店里面也没有商务区，因此没有地方可以查收邮件。我们住在侧楼，两个电梯非常不够那么多的房间使用的。酒店的工作人员都是用电梯运送他们的手推车，因此用电梯上上下下是要花费很多时间的。

My stay overall was quite satisfactory. I stayed for a week at this hotel. This hotel feels rather a serviced apartment (not a hotel). This is the feeling you get in the lobby area. Friendly staff and nice clean room with all amenities. Little out of the way from main tourist spots but still near enough. Good location if you want to get a real feel for Shanghai and its people. Definitely would stay here again.

Firstly , This hotel does NOT have a swimming pool or gym as advertised. My wife and I stayed here for 13 nights and were very disappointed on all aspects which was nothing like the advertised hotel. The room was dirty , we had a toilet blockage on the first day which took 12 hours to repair and the standard of cleaning was basic to useless despite […] complaining. This Raymont is on the north side of a large apartment complex from another Raymont on the south side. I have stayed at both. This one is in better shape than the other. Close to shopping areas and bus/subway. It's serviced apartment style lodging. Some of the rooms are located in next building so it can be slightly inconvenient. Clean room, the suite I booked is spacious with kitchenette. Overall good place to stay if it is close to where you want to be.

The hotel staff was cordial and most knew English. The bed was very comfortable which you don't always get in Asia. The water for the shower/bath never got warm enough...luke warm was about it.

Overall, it was very good. Our one complaint is that we booked a room with a double bed, while our friends booked a room with two single beds, and both rooms were the same price. However, our room was much smaller, and considering that we paid the same price, we expected the rooms to be of a similar size.

I asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking one, it was clean and it did not smell but after 2 days, I could smell the smoke from other rooms. It is a bit run down. Would never stay there again never been so upset with my choice of stay, service was terrible didn't help me at all, there was no gym or pool in the hotel it was a 5min walk, breakfast was very ordinary, and the room was not clean there was damage throughout the room and hair all over the bathroom floor. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to any!
