Hotel was located close to main BTS Saphin Taksin and the Sathorn Pier, which gets you along the Choa Praya River. Hotel itself was very clean and staff were amazing. This was a birthday celebration for me and my husband. First time in Thailand. I am very happy that we pick Oakwood to stay, it is a wonderful hotel. The staff are beyond wonderful. We have always traveled for our birthday, i can say Oakwood help made it very special. From sending personalized birthday cakes to our room and assisting in making reservations for dinners and tours. If and when we visit Thailand again we will definitely be staying at Oakwood.

When I checked in the lady was do busy on her phone textile it took longer then it should. The house keeper didn’t have my room cleaned by 4 pm and when I ask the clerk downstairs he said he would take care of it I waited 40 minutes and went back down stairs it was like he forgot everything had to araged ot again.
