The hotel was really good. Nice sized room in a very hand location. The transport to Disney was super useful. The room was a bit warm at times but not horrible could live with it. Loads of loan items and freebies. We didn't include breakfast as we were out super early so just used 7/11 or Lawson's. Lawson's is actually in the hotel and 24/7. Great hotel for the price and for exploring Tokyo or going Disney.

Though check-in and check-out is self-serve, staff welcomes you on arrival and stays nearby to support you as needed. I had luggage delivered to the hotel, and before I asked for it, they were confirming with me and went to retrieve it. On that note, they were also able to store my luggage for the day after my checkout so I may continue exploring the area before departing the city. The room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was ideal for the last leg of my trip as there are many spots I could visit nearby within walking distance or short transit trip before departing. I highly recommend reserving the airport limousine bus to go to the airport. Pickup to go to Disneyland/Disney Sea was also very straightforward and sooo handy if visiting any of those theme parks are in your plans.
