We loved our stay here. Very budget friendly, the rooms were very clean and the location is great. We went to see a show at the Orpheum Theatre and it was 10 min by foot. It's also across the street from the Van Buren venue. We had dinner reservations at a restaurant on Roosevelt Row, about 25 min by foot. It was great not to have to drive anywhere. The hotel offers free parking and doesn't charge any resort fees. A little noisy due to being across from a venue but we didn't hear much once we closed the windows. Would definitely stay here again!
