Modern sleekly design rooms that are nice and clean and supplied with complimentary snacks and beverages beyond your normal water, coffee, and teas. "It was a good experience, all the staff including frontdesk, cleaning and restaurant were very helpful. The room was clean with good facilities, free laundry services (4 washing and 4 dry machines). The breakfast was great with Chinese and western flavors. Location of the hotel is convenience, less than 70m from MTR station. will stay again"

"The hotel is centrally located with great access to restaurants and only a 10-15 min walk from west lake. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with plenty western options. It is attached to the merry shopping centre which is really handy also and a good landmark making the hotel easy to find. "

The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue."
