Although the outside of the Hotel is not all that attractive and the reception not all that welcoming our room was more than adequate and the gorgeous large fluffy white towels were wonderful. Tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits in the room - very welcome and the evening meal and breakfast were superb, all featuring local produce. the breakfast was good but marred by the experience over night and upon arrival. Upon arrival the receptionist who was multitasking could not find a key for the front door. After fumbling a key and key fob was found. The roman cream blind was competely inadequate to keep the light out overnight if it had worked properly. However it did nt and would […] not go up or down so not only did I have to change in full view of hte otehr wing of hte hotel but also was woken at @ 5 am by the morning light 阅读更多信息

Excellent hotel to stay at right in the heart of Tetbury. Very confortable with excellent restaurant, very good atmoshere and friendly and helpful staff. Wifi available as well. We would stay there again.

Went up for a wedding, the staff had our room ready early so we could change after our drive, reception very helpfull friendly and polite. Stay was very comfy breakfast the next day good plenty of choice's Overhaul stay Very Good
