酒店别墅非常漂亮，无敌海景私人泳池。餐厅的菜品有些简单，好在对面码头的餐馆很棒。

整体适合放空自己，但不适合待很多天。岛上除了这个酒店其他的地方就像没发展的渔村 很穷！酒店沙滩太小，海水也不是很干净，只能在泳池游泳。房间还不错带泳池适合家庭游玩

Villa好豪华好靓，我住果间4房villa估计不计泳池，花园都有3000呎。只计房间的话可以说是一流，但可惜服务欠佳。首先到步当晚，由码头接驳到大堂的电动车，走到半路无电，司机没有通知其他职员，而只呆坐，最后我们一伙人要摸黑自行步行到大堂(司机并没有陪同及带路)，环境相当黑，没有路灯，两边都是树林。其间有另一两接驳车经过，但竟然无载我们而直接驶去码头。到了大堂，当值员工竟懵然不知，更没有为此而道歉!第2件是房间的电话由入住当晚己发现坏了(连打front dask都不能)3日内多次通知修理，但到check out那刻都未有人前来修理。以致有怎么需求都要步行到大堂通知。这样的服务真的令人非常失望！建议管理阶层应加强员工服务质素，以免破坏酒店给客人的印象！

我们刚从Village的6天之旅回来。酒店的一些建筑，在设施的价格上提供20%的折扣补偿。建筑不是主要的问题——有些噪音、停电、断水，但2个水池还开着，网球场和水疗也开着。酒店有两个餐厅：Deli餐厅（专门经营西方（意大利）食物）和Tamarind餐厅（更多的是当地食物）。早餐在Tamarind餐厅服务，Tamarind的气氛应该有所改善——低廉的陈设、餐巾纸，食物暴露在高温和苍蝇下。但是品质还不错。Deli的陈设比Tamarind要好，更优质的摆设，以及出色的晚餐体验。很可惜，两家餐厅较好的那家不提供泰国食物。还有一些服务上的小问题——餐巾纸与五星体验不匹配。在酒店里吃晚餐没有空调。酒店的住宿条件看起来很好——我们入住了一间按摩浴缸套房，这是为我们结婚周年赠送的升等。住处的品质很好。有点断水和断电的小问题，房间的保险箱很小，床也没有泰国的一些豪华客房的那么大。但是，没有什么重要的投诉。位置有点难找。对于那些想要摆脱一切的人来说是很好的，因为尽管那里有条船在你需要的时候，为你往返小岛服务（这非常好），但它把你带到大陆上的一个到任何你想去游览的地方都需要付昂贵出租车费的地方。Laem […] Hin码头那里有个很好的海鲜餐馆，但另外，这至少需要800泰铢的往返的士费。考虑到在Tamarind缺少气氛，我们觉得在Laem Hin海鲜餐厅吃东西能更好地满足你的需要。在岛上居住还有一些其他的缺点——酒店的食物和饮品的价格，是我们在泰国2个星期外出旅行中，吃过的价格最贵的；同样那小超市的价格也遭受着岛上的定价。所以有点孤立，但宁静。 阅读更多信息

在Village用了三天的时间而且地方时绝对美丽的..食物是很好的有一点贵..准备好的早餐适合一个国王唯一的缺点是缺乏新鲜的果汁，游泳池是美丽的而且有一个滑道是对于儿童来说的一个额外津贴。房间里的小厨房有体贴的备货，对于很快的做好一份快餐来说是很好的。岛屿自身距离码头不太远只需要记住船只的时间安排，其他一切它是普吉岛里最安静干净的和最美丽的海滩。

Absolutely stunning location. Beautiful villas and the suites aren't too bad either. We had a 3 bed seaview villa and it was impressive to say the least. Large kitchen, lounge and dining room. Huge bedrooms and beds all with en suites. Great personal pool. Daily maid service and pool cleaning. Complimentary water bottles daily. Boat service from mainland […] (5 mins) is great and runs every half hour 24/7. Now the downsides: the service and prices on the resort are not up to the standard of most of this part of the world. Extremely slow service in the two restaurants (up to an hour on a couple of occasions!). It took about 20minutes to get a draft beer one time when the staff weren't particularly busy. They said it had to come from the beachfront bar (located about 50 meters away!). Orders wrong and arriving all at different times so some are finishing before others even receive theirs. Quality of food is ok. Not a huge menu and would have liked a bit more Asian theme to foods (no sense in eating Western foods when you're overseas. Do admit to a sneaky pizza though!) Prices have a lot to be desired but that's pretty much the norm for Phuket I found. Overall an enjoyable time. New management being brought in to bring this place up to where the owner wants it to be. Fingers crossed. It is so close to being fabulous and the downfalls are very fixable. 阅读更多信息

This is great hotel, I spent 10 days in heaven :) Everything you can imagine or even can't imagine, you can find there. The draw backs of this hotel are: 1. The Staff are veryyyyyyy poor in English :( 2. The Village is a very beautiful place but absolutely not a 5 star resort though the prices are very high in both rooms, facilities like the Spa, massage – actually 5 times higher than we could get in other places throughout Phuket. We have had 12 nights at The Village and 8 without hot water or no water at all. Several times the resort was without electricity […] leaving us with no acces to the room or no lights/aircon in the room. Several times we complained about the missing water/cold water etc. to the reception, but nothing happened and the staff didn’t understand much English at all. The Village was a big unfinished construction area with unfinished work everywhere, leaving us with the overall impressment that this was not the fantastic tropic 5 star luxury resort we expected. The two restaurants were expensive but ok, allthoug we had an bad experience with the Tuna Salad filled with a rubber glowe – this must not happen in a 5 star resort…The staff spoke very poor English and often they forgot who ordered what – running confused around the tables with the meals getting cold. Excellent beach bar and smiling staff. The beach was very dirty and the sea was not the blue nice water we expected from the website – in fact it was more muddy and brown due to the tide – absolutely not a nice place to swim… The overall impression of the Coconut Island is not a resort we would recommend for time being before they have finished all construction work and sold all time shares... 阅读更多信息

If you hate patong beach, go to coconut island resort. Nice, quiet, complementary water taxi to the pier (make sure u check the time table. ) Free use of kayaks, catamaran, tennis court. Beautiful beach. There is a local seafood restaurant at the pier as well. Cost a bit on Taxi to go to town, but if you want somewhere nice and quiet. go there.

Ett typiskt barnfamiljshotell. Fina rum med egen pool. Jobbigt med toaletter där man inte kan slänga pappret i. Okej städat. Största problemen var de två restaurangerna som fanns på hotellområdet. Stora problem med engelska språket, väldigt lång väntetid på maten och några gånger hade de dessutom glömt att göra ett par rätter (av totalt åtta). 家族で一週間、プール付きのガーデンヴィラに宿泊しました。ゆっくりと家族の時間を大切に過ごしたいなら最適です。限られた宿泊客しかいませんし、サービスも目立たないようにこっそり何時の間にかやってくれています。総じてスタッフが礼儀正しく、優しい笑顔で接してくれたのが嬉しかったです。ビーチは綺麗とは言えませんが、カニやヤドカリと子供には楽しい生き物がいっぱいです。インターネットが遅いのが難点です。また部屋の電話からフロントにはなかなか通じません。孤島とプライベートを満喫するためと割り切りました。

Trots relativt nybyggt så håller det på att rasa ihop pga bristande underhåll. Utanför entren till resorten står det ett gigantiskt dieseldrivet kraftverk och väsnas dygnet runt, förstår inte hur de tänker när de placerar dylikt. Mycket bra mat, varierande servicepersonal.

Paikkaa myytiin viiden tähden hotellina. Mielestäni se oli korkeintaan kolmen tähden mitat täyttävä. Palvelu oli toisinaan respassa ynseätä, uimarannalla kuitenki erittäin ystävällistä. Huoneet olivat tilavia ja pelkistettyjä. Sänky oli epämukava. レムヒンピアからホテルの船で10分ほどの島にあるので、喧噪から離れのんびりできます。 昼間は船が1時間おきだったりするので、チェックイン時は事前に時刻表をチェックしておくことをおすすめします。 敷地の半分はまだ工事中で土が見えたりして昼間音が少し気になったりしますが、 ビーチやプール、レストランエリアは綺麗で快適です。 ただ、部屋は新しそうなのに壁の至る所にひび割れがあり、壁材がはかれ落ちてきていたりして強度的面で少し心配でした。 とはいえ広い部屋に大きなベッド、快適なソファーにおしゃれなバスタブと、本当にのんびり滞在できました。 カヤックやヨット、マウンテンバイク等の無料レンタルがあります。 のんびりするのに飽きたら体を動かすのもいいかもしれません。 ジャグジーやサウナも無料で使え、無料 […] の朝食バフェはメニューが豊富でとてもおいしいです。 食事を安価に済ませたい方には、島へ渡る前の買い出しをおすすめします。 キッチンや調理器具がそろっているのである程度の料理もできます。 ビーチのスタッフが本当に親切で、釣りのえさを調達してくれたりもしてくれました。 またプーケットに行く際は全日程ここで過ごしてもいいかなとも思っています。 阅读更多信息
