位置有点偏，前台的服务人员英文不是很好，不过非常整洁，从外面看也很漂亮，很有度假的感觉~

酒店很好，干净，周围有典型的泰式美食街。酒店距离市中心相当远，但是如果你预定了旅游线路，无论怎样，酒店会去接你。员工像其他地方一样，讲很少的英文。总体上还行。

我们用Rattana Residence酒店作为我们到Phi Phi旅行前的休息点。这是一家很好的酒店，周围环境不是太好——但是靠近码头。前台为我们定了渡船票和到码头的车，每人400Baht。那里有一个很好的超级市场，距离酒店50米远，这非常好。

这个地方没有什么让人讨厌的。只是在岛的错误的一边，规划的很好。我们已经游览了一段时间了，我们大部分房间都有着迷人而且隐藏的宝物般的质量。这里就是没有。套房非常宽敞，空间利用方面他们本来可以做的更好。你还需要租辆车。

I stayed at this hotel for a quick night-over before heading to Phi Phi. The accommodations were affordable, clean, and high end. It seems like it would be a good hotel for business travel. The location appeared to be average.

It is very far from your normal moving around. Hotel does not provide basic need with 3 pin adapter for your laptop/mobile phone charging. When finally, I told them that I would quit the room, they bought one from outside. I had to pay 75 bhat. I am a frequent traveller and I have never experienced similar situation. No breakfast. We stoped in Phuket for a night to catch a flight out of Thailand. I was a little hesitant as this was the cheapest hotel on the site. We stayed here and I was pleasantly surprise! The place is modern, clean, new and the service was great. The restaurants around it have delicious local food at local prices.

We booked a suite room which was cheaper than most basic rooms in other Phuket hotels. Whilst the location may not be the best, it was fine for us and the room was great, the staff friendly and the price fantastic. Will visit again.

Hotel is perfect if you get in to Phuket after the last ferry and can't go to phi phi until morning ferry. There is very little in the hotel and few decent places to eat around it although the BBQ place up the road is lovely!! We stayed here for 1 night to break up the journey between Krabi and our flight to Bangkok the next day. The hotel is very new and the rooms are spotlessly clean with good wifi signal. The only downside is, it's several kilometres out of Phuket Town, so there's not really anything to do on a night without getting taxis etc. There are some small local […] cafes and shops nearby, so you won't be completely stuck. This fairly new hotel has a pleasant lobby area with boutique pretentions and fairly large rooms which are clean and in good condition. Difficulties arise if you don't have your own transport. I was forced to pay extra on top of what I'd already paid to the airport taxi company as they argued (rightly I'm sure) that it wasn't in Phuket Town and my […] boat trip on the first day nearly didn't happen as the pick-up was unable to find the hotel and another taxi had to be hastily arranged. It is true you can get the great little pink bus into town for next to nothing but they finish around 5pm and any taxis/tuk-tuks will try to hugely overcharge you to return in the evening as they know you don't have much choice. My main complaint was that not only did they not have a safe in my room #not that uncommon really) but that they had no facility at reception for guests to leave valuables. After stating politely that I found this quite incredible I was told that I could pay to upgrade to a delux room and have a safe there. After more protests the couldn't-really-care-less receptionist eventually said I could use the safe in one of the empty rooms. All the while an aggressive young man behind the counter was barking comments in Thai. Not speaking Thai I had no idea what he was talking about but from his tone I guessed it was not 'Have a nice day'. This establishment is quite nice but it lacks location location location. Although it's only 4kms from Phuket town, 4kms in Phuket terms is quite far! It'll set you back 200BHT to get into town by taxi and only 2/5 tour companies knew where Rattana was located! Maybe best for those who know the area quite well and/or staying for business. Ett bra och fräscht hotell som inte var allt för dyrt. Vi bodde bara där i två nätter för vi skulle vidare så vi krävde inte så mycket service men dom verkade hjälpsamma. Den enda nackdelen var att det låg en liten bit utanför centrala phuket. Det tog ca 30 min att gå dit och det var inte så gångvänligt så moppetaxi var att föredra.

Vi använde oss bara av hotellet en natt för övernattning mellan flyg från Phuket och båt till Koh Jum. Det funkade men hotellet kändes inte jättefräscht. Dessutom uppgav de fel upphämtningstid för bussen som skulle köra oss till båten - vi hade precis beställt kaffe i väntan på bussen och då den kom påtalade de att vi måste betala för kaffet trots att […] vi aldrig hann dricka det p g a att de meddelat oss fel avgångstid. 숙박 객실 및 청결등의 상태는 가격 대비 좋으나 처음 가시는 분들이 묵으시기에는 적합치 않음 단 바이크 운전 시에는 상관 없으나 바이크 렌탈하는 곳도 시내에 한정되어 빌리기 아주 힘듬.

Nicely kept, but there was nothing close to the hotel. The nearest restaurant that wasn't some small place with only 2 tables was 10 minutes away. If you wanted to go shopping in the market Phuket Town was 10minutes by car away. It only cost 10baht to get there with the local transportation (pick-up with benches). Great service... we arrived late from Malaysia and didn´t have money to eat dinner, the girl at front desk lent us some money so we could eat somethig... and the next day after I toke a taxi to change some money, the same girl argued with the taxi driver for a fare price. Great staff and perfect for just one night or to get to know Pucket town

深夜到着＆次の日は朝からバスで移動という状況だったので、寝るだけと思い安くて清潔そうだったこの宿を予約しました。思ったよりも部屋は広くモダンで洒落た感じ。ロビーもセンスのいいインテリアが配置されていて女性に受けそうな感じでした。散策はしてないので周りの様子はわかりませんが、寝泊まりするだけだったら十分すぎるくらいです。タクシーを呼んでもらったのですが対応がすごく遅かったことと、ドライヤーがなかったことだけが不満と言えば不満かな。

The hotel is located about 5 km from the Phuket city center. If the distance does not bother you, and you like to have selfmade traveling, this is good place. The personnell in reception and cleaning are very polite and helpfull. Also Golf place is not far away.

We used Rattana Residence as a pit stop before going to Phi Phi. It's a nice hotel in a not so nice area - but close to the pier. The receptionist arranged ferry tickets and transport to the pier for us for 400 Baht pr. person. There's a nice super market 50 meters from the hotel which was very nice.

このホテルはプーケットタウンや各ビーチへのアクセスは悪いですが、繁華街から離れているのでとても静かです。 アメニティはバスタオルのみですが、近くにＢＩＧ１というスーパーがあるのですべてそこで安くそろいます。 少し歩けばセブンイレブンとファミリーマートもあります。 食事は朝の屋台と夜の屋台が近くにあり、ホテルに食事が付いていなくても困りませんでした。 ホテルの人は全く日本語は通じません。 ですが、とくに問題はありませんでした。 旅行に慣れててホテルは眠るだけと考えてる方、オプショナルツアーで送迎が付いている方にはおススメのホテルです。

ロケーションはあまりよくないかな？私がビーチメインで行ったからかも知れないですが。夜はバスがなくパトンからタクシーを拾わないと帰れません。 でも部屋の清潔感などは私たちには問題なしでした。 あと地元の方たちに話を聞くと、ラタナレジデンスの辺りはパトンに比べると物価が安いらしいです。 海メインではなくショッピングやツアーメインで行かれる方にはいいホテルだと思います。ツアーの送迎は無料で来てもらえる地域だったので。
