"Fantastic hotel !! but bed was not confortable"

"Good for price & hip look, but hard bed"
Cool place with a nice vibe. Rooms are small but nice. The beds are very hard as it is just a mattress on a box and not box springs so if you have back issues be careful.Hotels.com 真实住客点评

Overall it was a great experience. I didn't know what to expect going into it with the descriptions but they had so many great aspects to the room to make the smaller rooms really functional. The rooms were clean, the hallways were clean and the check in area was extremely efficient. Our AC was broken and it took three calls to get maintenance. We finally fixed it ourselves. The hotel is cool, but the hotel staff was in the weeds and hard to get a hold of. I travel for work so I'm in hotel rooms quite a bit and it was so refreshing to get a different hotel experience! Plus, it was very interesting because the hotel is very innovative, yet, there are still people around for questions. I was completely taken aback by the Yotel--more high tech than I realized, funky combo of cruise and space ship themes, but in the end: I was awed by the design. Rooms are called "pod" style. I've used Yotel frequently for three years and like its location and cleanliness. However since this year, standards have slipped and prices have gone up. "Very Modern Hotel. Trendy and gets the job done."
Yotel is a very trendy place for those are open to a different type of atmosphere. You walk in and check yourself in, someone will be there to help you. Restaurant and Bar is located in the lobby on the 4th floor, that's where you get concierge service. The hotel is located about 4 or 5 blocks from times square which is like a 6-10 minute walk -- very […] convenient. Continental breakfast includes muffins, water and coffee. Rooms are very small, but that's the cabin style I was expecting. Not a terrible stay, it took care of the necessities as I was there for business. NO ROOM SERVICE really threw me off, next time that will be a requirement when choosing a hotel. The staff was polite, and the bell hop can answer most of your questions about subways, transits etc. I would stay there again, if the price was right. When I arrived the room was in great shape except that it needed vacuuming and the bathroom area needed mopping. I called housekeeping and they said they would be there right away. They never came.
