如果要去普及岛旅游，最好的选择酒店 近芭东海滩(Patong Beach).海滩，芭东海滩附近是岛上最热闹的地区。而BANGTAO TROPICAL RESIDENCE RESORT&SPA离岛上热闹中心太远了，只有出租车去芭东海滩，单程车费600泰铢。 该酒店在促销期间促销价于原价同时刊登在同期的酒店介绍资料栏内，容易让客户选择时搞混，当客户选择点击原价价格错误后，强行要客户负担一部分责任。

I would not recommend this hotel or stay again. We left early. Staff was friendly but required some training in providing consistent service, for the price charged. For example, when ordering breakfast 4 pancakes came on 4 plates and staff usually could take only 1 order at a time. Staff appeared to be unsure of responsibilities, for example security […] staff where not located at the gate but within the complex. The air conditioner did not work well in one room, would never get below 26, staff went through the procedure of notifying people of our concern, but it was not fixed after 2 days. The location was within walking distance, but a little removed and further than we wanted to walk 2 times per day. The hotel was very empty in comparison to surrounding hotels, which gave an eerie feeling. Management charged an excessively high service charge for all services, ranging from phoning for a taxi 50%, to booking tours also at 50%. hotel looks close to a sea on a map but in fact it is misrepresentation. Walking takes 10-15 minuets to reach the beach and the area you will walk through is not very nice and little smelly. Pool view rooms are ok but if you get the other side you will be very disappointed

Despite a set back when we arrived.( The Three bedroom villa we booked was not available ) the general manager , Michael , was at hand to explain and quickly make amends by compensating us with 2 x 2 penthouse suites with Ocean view and no cost disadvantage. We initially booked the 3 bedroom pool villa on expedia for 3 nights, but ended up staying for an entire month. When we checked in we were awestruck by the size and luxury of the private villa. It's two stories and I'd guess around 300-400 square meters inside. All three of the bedrooms have spacious balconies, two of them overlooking the private pool. […] The staff, especially Michael and Rosario, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The prices for room service were about the same as the local restaurants (around 150 baht per plate), and the wireless internet was flawless. One day the entire town's power went out and the resort somehow stayed up and running the whole time (must have a backup generator). There is literally nothing negative that could be said about this resort. We took a look at the one and two bedroom suites inside the main building of the resort and they're just as luxurious, just not as much space. We'll definitely be staying there when we come back to Phuket with less people. As far as location, the resort is in between Bangtao beach and beautiful Surin beach, only a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from either. Patong, the nightlife and tourist capital of the island, is about 15 minutes drive. I highly recommend Bangtao Tropical Residence to anyone wanting to experience Phuket, for short or long-term stays. Fint hotell, men ikke bra service i villaen som vi leide. Vi måtte purre på rengjøring, påfyll av toalettpapir, ekstraseng som var bestilt osv. Tror ikke vi reiser tilbake..

Si vous choisissez cet hôtel, il ne faut pas se dire que la plage n'est pas loin... De plus les navette de l’hôtel sont payante... En revanche l’hôtel est super agréable, le personnel super... Et pour être honnête quand nous sommes arrivés nous voulions changer... mais nous sommes allés louer un scooter, et nous nous sommes aperçut que l'hôtel était […] prés (en scooter) d'une plage génial, "surin" ... Das Hotel sieht ziemlich modern aus, vielleicht ist darum der Service noch nicht ganz eingespielt und die Angestellten können wenig bis kein Englisch (auch die Rezeption nicht) Die Zimmer sind jedoch sehr grosszügig mit separatem Wohnbereich und grossem Bad. Da wir nicht motorisiert waren, nutzen wir den Hotelbus (bis 18.00Uhr gratis) um zu den Beaches […] zu gelangen. Dejlige nye værelser - renlighed i top. Man skal være opmærksom på at hotellet ikke lige ligger i gå afstand til noget. Der er dog hotel bus til de nærliggende strande. Lej en scooter for at komme rundt. Morgenmaden er okay, men ensformigt. Andre måltider er ikke noget "at skrive hjem" om. til prisen er det et fantastisk tilbud. Dette hotel er mere stille og roligt end andre hoteller i området til samme pris. Som ved de andre hoteller lider pool området af at der åbenbart skal være høj musik så man ikke kan slappe af. Det er muligt at gå til to forskellige strande fra dette område og det tager ikke mere end 10 min at gå til Surin Beach. […] Til Bangtao beach tager det også 10 min men på selve stranden skal man gå langs stranden til et bedre område af stranden (ca. 10 min i tillæg).
