The thing that I like is the location. It is a walking distance to Pavilion mall. The thing that I don’t like: 1. There is a cockroach in my unit. 2. There are no cloth hanger and hair dryer provided. it was only given on the 2nd night after I requested. 3. Most importantly, the unit is different from the picture in the Expedia when I booked. 4. Last thing, the unit is not well maintained.

Comfortable living space but more can be done..

I must say that the room is really huge and comfortable for a family of four. The ceilings are high and it feels reslly grand. However, we were not provided with body foam. Despite calls to mobile reception for body wash, it did not arrive at all. We also expected that we will be provided with the body wash the next day during room cleaning, but it did not turn out so. Next, there was only aircon in one room(twin room) while the living room and main bedroom did not have one and it was rather warm.

Oasis in city

A little confused as I have stopped at the hotel a few times in the past and hadn't noticed it was the condo next door. Property was excellent in every way and late check out organized without problem. Definitely my first choice for KL in future.

パビリオンにも近く、立地は最高でしたが、お風呂はバスタブに湯を張るとぬるい。　余熱タンクのキャパ不足ですね。　あと、やはりホテルではないせいか？タオルなどは洗ってあるものの古さを感じました。

Awesome stay but read if you intend to drive there

This unit was managed by a company and not by Dorsett. Our complain is with the building management. We parked our car in building auto storage. Upon checked out, the car lift got stucked and our car is stucked somewhere up there. We had to wait for 1hr for maintenance guy to come. Another 30mins to fix and when finally fixed, then they said need the room card to retrieve the car but the room owner already retrieved the key. So another wait for the host to come down with the carpark card. Unnecessary stress and waste of time waiting. We later found out that this had happened a number of times. So If you intend to drive there, take note of potential delay.

Overall could be much better. To improve.

Had a terrible experience this trip. First time staying in the residences while previous trips all stayed in Dorsett Hotel. Smoothness of check in can be improved. No where to place luggage despite reaching earlier. Had to wait hours and hours and even at check in time still waited over an hour. Just wasted... then once had the keys, in room had no wifi for an entire day & night. TV reception so bad that cant even on any channels. And so limited with channels. Plus no toiletries given. Despite calling for help, things werent resolved until one day ltr. Really wasted one day waiting and waiting in room. Only after 2nd night were slightly better. But then, still had a bad first hand experience.

Reasonable price hotel in a good location.

The check in was smooth and easy. arrived early and left the luggage with the front staff and when we returned to the room later, everything was all in the room. after check out the staff allowed us to leave the luggahe with them until we were ready to leave, Fantastic service, good location, will come back again in future.

The place was nice but trying to contact someone was a very big hassle. No one responded to our email and we had to figure it out when we got there since there was no front desk. The apartment was very nice but there were a lot of Nats and mosquitoes, too many. We have bites from them.

This is not a traditional hotel type booking. There is no check in desk so you need to message before arrival to arrange meeting the contact. They only accept cash deposit of 400 which you cannot use a credit card. The room was great in size and convenience however it was not cleaned well. The bathroom had not been used for a while and the drain had run dry creating an awful smell that took a few hours to disperse. The floor had marks on the wood that should have been cleaned off. As far as size and location this was perfect. If they could spend more time and effort on the arrival experience and general cleaning it would be ok and score a lot higher.

this room is like airbnb rather than a hotel

This is more like airbnb style, no reception. A bit trouble for the parking, as you need to meet the guy get the key before you can park, but you need to park your car so that you can meet the guy. And you need to call the guy, arrange to meet up to pass you the key, as there is no reception. The water is a bit yellowish. The bathroom also lack of hanger to hang your clothes and towel. Nonetheless, the location is good.
