"Was an absolutely amazing experience staying for a milestone birthday. Recognised for my Bonvoy status even though it was booked through a third party platform and upgraded to a suite with a partial harbour view. Was lovely having a beer on the patio looking over the gardens and harbour.
Surprised with balloons in the room with cake from Chef. Then later surprised again with more sweet treats and candle with the staff singing happy birthday when I went to the club lounge for pre-dinner drinks.
Staff remembered my name and that it was a special visit throughout the whole stay. Room was large and well cared for and the club lounge is well worth the extra $. Cannot recommend staying here more thoroughly."
