"The hotel was fine. The room was clean and large. Air conditioning was fine. Sound proofing was good. In a good location. Breafast was not great - although we paid for it we did not use ot on day 2 as it was chaotic and the food sloppy - would miss breakfast if I stayed again."
"Very nice modern hotel only a very short walk from the Obelisk. Very friendly and helpful reception staff, check-in / check-out process straightforward and secure bag storage.
Our room was spotlessly clean with a large comfortable bed and pillows. Despite the central location it was very quiet and we enjoyed a very peaceful night. The shower was excellent, although my wife advised that the hairdryer wasn’t very good.
We only stayed one night and didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on it."
"Lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Only quibble they tried to charge us twice for one of the breakfasts. We had breakfast included in the booking. Had to ask for room service breakfast one morning and instead of charging for just the service they charged for the whole breakfast again. Anyhow it was swiftly sorted and reimbursed. "
"Everything was top notch. If you are looking for grand and classic this is the spot. Great staff. Patricio and Sebastian were great. The breakfast is amazing. Room service was a delight had the burger and ceaser salad. Rooms are huge. Hotel was built in 1932 and a lot of the original build remains so you can feel the soul and history. "
