"The superior twin room we were initially allocated had no windows, and the TV was mounted on the side of one bed, making it unsuitable for both guests to watch comfortably. In our opinion, these appeared to be standard rooms rather than superior rooms.
After we raised our concerns, we were moved to another room which did have a window and a TV positioned facing both beds. However, the air conditioning in this room was not working.
I would like to mention that Nas from maintenance was excellent. He was very helpful, attended promptly, and supplied a portable fan to assist with the issue.
