"The food was excellent. Some of the staffs was very rude. Their need customer training. The rooms was not very nice.No coffee maker. Not a bottle of water in the room for the guests And they need to put a clock in the rooms so guests can see the time, instead of me, keep looking at my phone for the time. The entertainment was very good at night. after all, it wasn’t a bad trip. I will recommend it to someone who is senior citizen. Not young folks. And that was my experience."

"Excellent staff!! Great hotel and amenities—- restaurant, bar, pool, lobby area for gathering. Free use of chairs to take to beach.
Excellent food and drink choices and prices; the service staff at restaurant and bar very attentive!
Location right across the street from Junkanoo Beach.
Great walking distance to port area, Queens staircase, Fish Fry, Watlington Rum Distillery etc.
Will definitely stay again!!"

"We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend’s 50th birthday! We had four couples and it all went great! Staff was very friendly and Michelle W was so personable and cleaned our rooms with a smile and hugged us before we left. We felt like family. This is an older boutique style resort but so close to Atlantis and all of the beaches. Great food and drinks!!"
