"We were welcomed with warm Bahamian hospitality right from arrival to our departure. We came early before check in and left after checkout time and we were able to store our luggage both times. We were also able to use the hospitality room before leaving to change out of our swim suits before heading out. We were able to try the restaurant and the food and drinks were excellent. The building is older, but the beds were comfy, clean and the breakfast was great. Would recommend and would return. "

"I stayed at One. It was lovely and staff were great but my balcony faced Margaritaville. Non stop noise from 9am until 9pm. The same music blasting on a loop and screeching children. If you are good with that, enjoy. Not me. "
"The room was clean; however, it was difficult to get fresh towels. The staff were mostly friendly, but there were times when they seemed annoyed or ignored you completely, the Wi-Fi is awful. We had no Wi-Fi in our room, and the only place you could get Wi-Fi was in the lobby area."

"We stayed in the Royal Tower (west) on the 17th floor with an ocean view. The view was amazing! Upon check-in, the staff was so kind, helpful and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful, aquariums amazing and the rooms and property were very clean.
Staff: They were hit and miss on whether they were kind and helpful. Our daily housekeeper was so kind and warm. We loved seeing her each morning. As for restaurant staff, I feel like the automatic 15% tip does not do anything for the customer. majority of the restaurant staff gave the impression they were annoyed you were there. Some staff were great, but the ones who made it very clear they were unhappy made our dining experiences vastly different. Especially when we spend on average $800 a day on food and beverage. It was expensive! Which we were prepared for. We ate at the finer dining places and ordered/drank what we want.
Waterpark: There was not one day we were there that all the slides were open. If you asked any of the attendants, they told us to find a manager because they don't know when the closed slides would be open. They were very annoyed when we asked.
Pools: These are very well kept, and we had no problem getting chairs each day. Yes, the front row was all taken, but we were always able to find chairs somewhere. "
