"This was our second visit. We were there six months ago and took advantage of the Expedia 25% off booking discount if you booked well on vacation and booked the same hotel. This time we stayed at the SLS. Love the staff, love the pools, love how easy it is to be there and how much there is to do. We’ve stayed there a total of nine days so far and we still didn’t do everything that the hotel has to offer that we wanted to. The area is beautiful, the jazz club is exceptional and even their pizza is New York great. The waterpark is a blast as well, although we stuck to the lazy river this time. Can’t wait to go back."
"I’d like to start out by saying we don’t consider a trip to the Caribbean a luxury vacation. We go there to relax at the beach not experience 5 star amenities. That being said, the hotel is dated and need of an update. The rooms were cleaned daily which is a plus. Lunch and dinner options at the buffet are not all that great. The restaurant options are much better. We enjoyed everything we ate at the pool snack bar. Serve staff were friendly but not at all attentive and certainly were not in a hurry to get your drink, eating utensils, or even a napkin. The beach is beautiful and the entire property was safe. Overall, I would consider returning since I know what to expect but I would also consider other options. "

"Room was excellent ocean view and pool view spotlessly clean excellent we loved the shower enjoyed the breakfast lunch and dinner we ate mostly at the buffet nightly
Which was great .Soups were good would had the chicken noodle soup every night but u had it only one night even thought o had the other soups nightly. Except fish
The staff is excellent especially i enjoy seeing the older gentlemen been there since we started coming cant remeber his name but welcomes us like we are family when u opened we come everyyr same time and we come because of the service and staff We saw the reno the front wall down and we come back because of the people that work for u
