".Room was with wooden floor no carpet any where. It was not good.
.In my room's telephone didn't work at all despite complaints with front desk staffs. For every single issue I had to go to the front desk.
.There was no breakfast it should have been served. I had been in Marriott's Hotels they always serve breakfast.

.I didn't get the value of the dollar. I paid over 500.00 USD although it deserved for about 250.00USD. Therefore, the hotel should refund 250 USD."

"The property needs maintenance overhaul. We had no issues with our room but we heard other guest complaining about their rooms.
The buffet and the Jerk food at the pool was the highlight. The specialty dinning needs more choices earlier time slots.
The entertainment was just average, but that group worked hard everynight."

"Staff was beyond friendly, super helpful with everything, and a pleasure to be around. Property was clean, room was clean, very inviting atmosphere. Bars/bartenders were incredible. They make the drinks a lot stronger than just about any other place we have been and can make anything you can think of with a smile. 10/10 will be returning to this resort."
"Property needs a facelift, Food is terrible, and staff are even worse, you are not acknowledged, unless you go up to them, and even with that, they still have attitude I will never return to breezes, but I will return to the Bahamas one day, hopefully"

"Only thing was I couldn’t get fresh towels to the room for some reason until hours later so I’m not sure if they ran out or they forgot. Other than that it was fine"
"This is our 3rd stay at Baha Mar! While the restaurants, convenience shop, activities such as pickle ball and tennis, renting a cabana are terribly overpriced but the resort is beautiful and clean. The numerous pools and beach are amazing. The outdoor areas, and casino esthetics are fantastic. Most staff members are pleasant and helpful. The rooms at the Grand Hyatt are very nice. The food at some restaurants is just ok, expensive and bland. Stixx, Cleo, Pizza Lab are pretty delicious. The Jazz Bar is amazing with nightly entertainment. Last year we stayed at the Atlantis which was enjoyable but decided to return to Baha Mar again (for 3rd time) because it is a relatively relaxing and beautiful environment."
