"Simply marvelous hotel! Sound-proofed! Great staff! Gorgeous comfortable room with a view of the spotless pool! And you can WALK to and from terminal 3 on a clean streamlined jet-bridge! I emailed Concierge desk prior to our visit. Sabry communicated w me via email and we arranged a guided tour of the pyramids. Heba was our guide. She was great. She spoke English fluently and was very knowledgeable. She arranged to the tour to met our needs. I would highly recommend Heba. The tour was $$$ but very convenient and comfortable. The Concierge representatives were all pleasant and helpful at all hours of the day and night. The Hotel representatives at the front entrance were very welcoming and helpful especially with locating uber drivers. Sayed Sayed from Housekeeping was very friendly and accomodating. Ibrahim from Housekeeping cleaned and maintained our beautiful room. This hotel is truly a haven in a very busy crowded Cairo. I would recommend a Nile view room from a high floor. We were on the 9th floor; the view was amazing. "
"At the beginning we were given a room with 3 beds in stead of 4 and it was too small to fit in an extra bed. So I asked and the hotel kindly upgraded our room to a 2 chamber room without extra fee. "
"So my stay was amazing! Myself and my friend went. I highly recommend booking a Nile view. I did pay a little bit extra for it - we only stayed for one night but it was absolutely breathtaking just seeing the Nile. The pools were great, we did not know there was a jacuzzi but that looked great. The breakfast oh my word the best breakfast spread you will ever see - they have everything from a waffle/crepe/egg station to 10 different types of homemade jams - I would stay again for the breakfast alone. My friend and I only booked one night as we are only staying in Luxor for 2 days and back to Cairo but after the experience wit this hotel we wished we were there longer!! We also got a massage done and I forgot the name of the manager but he was amazing so accommodating and helpful as well as his amazing staff- my masseuse was unreal!! We really loved the shops too - we wanted to get souvenirs which is hard to get in Egypt because of all the unjust tourist prices and people yelling come to my shop, but the ones in the hotel were amazing especially the one selling all alabaster material stuff! This hotel is worth every penny the rooms are amazing, so quiet, great aircon everything you need and more!!! "
