Nice hotel with great food selection throughout the day. Lovely pool bar with fresh oven pizzas made in front of you. Theme of hotel is interesting. Main negative is extremely poor WiFi and the hotel tries to make you pay 10€+ to use WiFi in your room. This is simply not good enough for a 5-star all inclusive hotel.

The room was adequate for my needs however the lighting needs to be looked into,it was very dark even with all the lights on, the lad who cleaned the room was first class and very good at his job, Amenities were very limited meaning not that much to do on an evening, the Wi-Fi was hit and miss even though i payed for 20gb that went in 6 days.,Now the biggest problem this hotel has is the Food, being all inclusive there was nothing to eat between meal.times and if you missed the restaurant at night for Dinner you couldn't get anything to, no snacks to be had ,the food was repetitive and often cold, for these reasons I will not be going again. Very dissatisfied.

We booked the premium room which over looked the heated pool, my first observation of hotel was dated and needed proper cleaning even in our room its right beside a lift that is so noisy, also this room didn't get any sun on terrace, the staff was friendly, my big concern was that their was a lot of flying pigeon that perched above the flowing waterfall over swim up bar area, which came on every morning for a short time so it all washes all the feaces and feathers into swimming pool the food was very basic, and we hardly went for meals although was piping hot this hotel is not a 5 star, personal I've traveled the globe and this is basic, the resort marina is 30 min away, and you risk your life as road traffic jungle between each other also cost £20 for taxi, the hotel entertainment was terrible very Minimum and catered for kids, also this hotel does allow 16-year-olds, the à la carte was terrible soup look warm, a bit of mush tattie and a few veg with the smallest piece of steak and the plates were stone cold so cold food Betty Bar, we ordered pizzas, and the cook had to remove Pizza from the oven as the guy came to replace the gas for the oven, so it sat and got cold and we were shocked that he put the pizzas back in to continue cooking, both my self and partner has came back with diarrhoea The main pool which is disgusting

Incredibly beautiful hotel with friendly stuff and cool animation team and nice food and drinks:) I am still under impression. I traveled from USA to meet my mom there, we had a great time. I cried and didn't want to return. And there are no kids as well, only adults, so atmosphere is very romantic. I will definitely be back:)))) Thank you guys for the best vacation I've ever had in my life. Will give you 10 stars!!!!

It is very strange that an all-inclusive resort asks for money for events organized by the evening entertainment (see for example the beach party) or for drinks offered during the day on the beach Sometimes the closing times of the bars did not correspond to the end-of-service communicated at the reception (they typically close earlier!) Last but not least. The mattresses on both of our beds were sagging and the beds were hanging to the side, making it very difficult to sleep It would be much more useful to the facility to have adequate mattresses and sheets than to focus on the aesthetics of the resort, which, while nice, is not very functional for a quality stay.

Dirty balcony on arrival. Tv not working on arrival. No instructions for phone or tv in room. No mini bar just an empty fridge and no WiFi in room. Locked out of room on first night. Meant to be all inclusive but have to pay for Rose wine even though red and white is free !!!! Totally not all inclusive Asked to move room but told hotel full which it obviously wasn’t !!!! Complained to reception but told no management available. Final insult was having my wristband cut off of me upon departure!!!! All in all appalling hotel and staff !!!! Would never come back again.

A very bad stay

It was very bad stay the food was very bad we were 9 persons all of us had a diarrhea, also when we buy an excursion of diving from the diving center and we took a private boat the food was very very bad, and when we make a complaint they did not listen to us and we asked to meet the owner of the diving center but they did not give us the chance to meet him.the hotel is not comfortable at all and the light is not enough to be able to walk safely and the room is not lighted enough .the pharmacy there is closed never opened so we were obligated to walk on the high way to go to the pharmacy in the other resort.the staff was not to the standard to help the guests. Sorry for being there
