The last 2 times I stayed, the room is too warm, the A/C won’t cool and the maintenance guy said it’s preset to 26c. Way too uncomfortable to sleep properly.
Showers never get beyond tepid even after running the water for 10mins.

"The staff was very friendly, especially Estgenet, Brooke, Fasika and Fanta. Solomon was our driver and went over and beyond to take us where we needed to go and even negotiated for us when shopping. My only suggestion would be for there to be some sort of live entertainment on the property for nights guest prefer to hang out at the hotel. Maybe karaoke, a small band or even a lounge singer"
