"The staff is the difference! The hotel was clean and functional but the staff was extraordinary! The bellman assisted us and all of our luggage when we needed to get to our flight! The request for a late check out was instantly granted when our light was delayed. The room was fine but the blank walls were a bit “sad” as a few nice photos would be an easy addition. The breakfast buffet was typical but I liked the option of à la carte"
"They advertise a king sized bed - and charge additionally. There is no king sized bed. It’s 2 twins pushed together. It’s not even secured. I fell into the wedge. When I went to discuss with the staff about the room we booked - they showed me a room with a leak in the ceiling as a replacement. Incredibly rude staff. The hotel itself is in a bad area, we had to uber everywhere because we didn’t feel safe walking. With all that said, the view from the restaurant/bar up top is amazing and the breakfast was good. It’s not worth the cost."
